Also, I think a better tactic for Lyra in the first round would have been to move around the boulder north of her and then use Deft Strike to reach and attack the slinger. With her First Strike ability, she would have Combat Advantage against the slinger with a +2 to the attack and able to add Sneak Attack damage if she hits. Attacking a minion with a striker class is usually not the best tactic. Considering that you then rolled a crit for her, she actually would have killed the slinger outright!
I noticed that you commented on kobold number five's ability to charge Haldor in the first round. But you were wrong there. According to the rules for the Charge action, he needs to move a least two squares, which he did not.
Charging is a standard action, that includes movement and the attack, so they can charge by shifting one square south east first, then charging. He might not've shown his work, but his answer was correct. He had plenty of room behind him to line up the charge.

In my game, that Dragonshield would have beat feet for sure after watching everyone else go down, especially the slinger in one turn!
