This is the 1st scorpion I had, awesome creatures! I have to admit that the only thing I knew about their moods was full on aggressive. The first time I held mine was after about 2 months after I got them,I was misting them and one was going crazy so I put him in a temporary tub so I could clean and mist the enclosure properly. I remember having the lid off and looking at him while he wasn't moving then he bolted out of the tub on to me,I was terrified at 1st but soon got used to him. Wish I had seen this video before so I knew a bit more about how they react to us. Loads of good information in this! Not as angry as they are made out to be.

Very easy to tame!!! Takes 2 hours tops. It can sense your fear but absolutely love warm hands...be mindfull and calm when you handle them because you're fear will scare them. I used to pet my scorpion constantly even after only 2 hours of getting it and it would literally move its stinger out of the way to get pet so as not to accidentally sting me. Very fun creatures!!! once they know that you're not going to eat them and that you have warm hands, it's all good!!!

One of the biggest things I learned here, was that they don't react to seeing you move or hearing your voice, which was one of my fears, seems it mostly reacts to being touched, or the thing its touching being vibrated

I had a Tanzanian Cave Claw Scorpion (Pandinus Viatoris) who passed away 5 weeks ago at 7 years old who loved my shoulder and sitting on the couch for a couple hours for movies or video games, when I got her the more I handled and hung out with her she got used to my scent and ended up learning who I was but she was very expressive with her claws so handling her was a guarantee of being pinched never stung me or gave me the notion of stinging me so

I actually picked both mine by the tail the very first day I got them to put them in their tanks, but haven't tried to place them on my hand yet, I was planning but I'm currently worried as they haven't eaten since I've gotten them last week and I think they might try to pinch me for being hungry, I only managed to get little meal worms that they don't seem to like, thought they might be stressed at first since it's a new home so I left them for a couple of days and didn't even go into the room, but put some worms now and they still wouldn't eat them.
Originally I was planning on catching random bugs from our garden to feed them, but I've learned that that is a bad idea due to possible diseases and pesticide from wild bugs, and I can't find any place that sells crickets, dubia roaches, or big worms. My last hope seems to be ordering online, which I also don't know if it would go through customs, I hope it does, I don't want to end up being forced to feed them wild bugs.
I actually thought they were emperors but today I watched a couple of videos and realized they're asian forest scorpions, which I prefer now since they are black and according to what I watched the emperors are reddish with a red stinger (white for young ones like mine).

My first suggestion would be to make sure that the temperature and humidity levels are correct. Also might help to have a light if you don't already to give it a day night cycle. However if all of these things are done then it could be that she is preparing for a molt which would make sense since they tend to decrease activity during that time. Keep an eye on her and make sure there is always fresh water available, but I wouldn't be too concerned unless she stops drinking or eating for a long period of time.
