If i ever get to visit Japan, I definitely want to see this. I'm researching Japan a little now and saw the name "Naruto" in Tokushima and I was like, "wait.. what?" looked up the meaning of Naruto (or Naru to) and thought too as others below - about the Naruto characters move. And I have now found out the meaning of his name.. makes me wonder.. which was named first, the character or these whirlpools (I may be looking this up soon)

First the city Naruto was named, then narutomaki 🍥 an ingredient used in ramen, then Naruto Uzumaki

whene you think about what naruto´s full name is and his typicallly acosiated move giving his name to a whirlpool is a clever move by the japanese

EnderBorn Actually the character was named after these whirlpools... the whirlpools were called “Naruto” before the character existed...

I have been there in Year 2013. There is a walk path under the Bridge, where some parts on the walk path you can see through a glass to view the whirl pool. Beautiful sceneries indeed. (By the way, Sorry for my English writing).
