- Today, we are going for a range test with the all-new Kia EV6! We have shown you Kia EV6, Kia’s first all-electric car based on the all-new EV platform, but today, we are really going to show you how far the EV6 can drive with a single charge. Yes, we are going to drive the new Kia EV6 down to 0%. And for the range test, we have Kia EV6 long-range model RWD with 19inch rims. I can not tell you the outcome just yet, but there were times we were worried that we are not going to make it back home. And during the range test, we also compared the new Kia EV6 against Hyundai IONIQ 5, in terms of the interior and exterior design. Alright, without any further due, now let's get on the road with the new Kia EV6 and check out the range! And for today’s range day, our best friend Daniel is joining us!
Is Kia EV6 your favorite Electric Vehicle, "LIKE" if you agree. If now, tell us your favorite EV car in the comment section!
ionic 5 far superior and £5000.00 cheaper in uk does ev6 has light mode on display please show remote parking between lines in car park
far too much cheap piano black plastic better ride on ionic 5
ionic 5 bigger boot more legroom light and dark mode displays higher up bigger windows better alround visabily
@@seanholdom9739 interesting Sean, when the EV6 is in the show rooms I will definitely check the Iconic 5 out against it. Somebody said the iconic looks better in the flesh. A
I'm driving a KIA E-Soul at the moment and I have ordered an EV6 for 2022. Not available here in Ireland until later this year, so it's good to see and hear your reviews 👍
By the way, would you have a link to the firm that supplies the air mattress.
And also do you know if the EV6 is compatible with a custom KIA roof rack?
531 km! Wow! And the looks on the EV6 is very unique and sporty. Impressive Kia!!!
The EV6 is a real winner and will sell extremely well I believe. 👏
Yes, Kim. I couldn't believe how efficient this Kia EV6 was. Thanks.
Speed was about 70 kmph on an average
..
Have you seen any proof of the range ?? Don't be fool by his fanboy on Kia payroll.
@@BUNKERPT that is the thing that im talking about ... This is a big and quite heavy car ... Moreover its drag coefficient is also high about .28...To get this type or rage it needs to have a battery above 85 kwh.. here it has a battery which is only 77.4 kwh... Dont even know how much is the usable out of that... May be 72-73kwh.. then how come it has a range of 531 km ??? Answer is hyper milling...at 70 mph range test it might have a range of 285 miles...
Still good. It's a massive improvement over what we have been seeing
Impressive demo of actual range under realistic conditions, as well as using both V2L and V2V! Kudos on scoring a US-spec version and comparing your trip’s length to a comparable US one. Enjoyed the conversational style of this vid; you make a great team.
Yes, i was quite surprised to see the overall range. And yeah, loved the V2V capability.
KIA just came up with an amazing EV, and I'm sure that is success will be PHENOMENAL!
Yes, Kia did a great job with Kia EV6.
Drove it all. Was thinking EQC, i4, Tesla 3P.
Long term BMW fan.
Test drove EV6. Ordered one later that same week.
Awesome that Kia allowed this long range test drive. Both Kia and Hyundai deserve all the success they’ve worked hard for. Seriously considering the EV6 or the Ioniq 5 over Tesla and others. Fan of the channel from the UK, thanks for the in depth videos👌
Yes, I had a great time and Kia EV6 quite surprised me with the range!
And they didn't exactly drive it in "max range" mode - they were frequently, at least it seemed to me, going over 100km/h, which seriously affects the range.
Also the quoted range for the AWD has to be wrong, there's a table popping up in the video, it just can't be THAT much lower, it makes no sense.
@@tudormontescu6275 i think the cruising speed was about 70 kmph... They deliberately showed only that clips when the speed was above 100 kmph... I might be wrong though
@@ridwanurrahman8945 Its average speed, if you drive 100 kmph and make 1 stop you have to drive ridicilous speeds to keep your average speed 100 kmph!! you do realize that?
@@antza4393 They did 531km in 10h 21m. That’s an average of 50km/h (and the timer stops when they stop).
EV6, great looking, loaded with features that make you feel you have really bought a unique vehicle.
Yeah, John this Kia EV6 looks and drives superbly.
Driving the legal speed limit must have been difficult for Charlie!
Yes, Bill. But we didn't want to get a ticket. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 review!
KIA EV6 looks very nice, but I agree with Daniel. I like the IONIC-5.
Yeah, Hyundai IONIQ 5 still looks great. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 review!
The reason that I'm leaning towards the IONIC-5 is because it comes with two years of free charging at Electrify America charging stations. I have not heard that KIA will offer that.
great test guys. as usual, Korean EV range deliver better than estimated. That's awesome. Also i'd hope that you would show the charging rate during V2V.
Oh yeah, i heard 12amps, so it's not fast, but something great for emergency situations. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 review!
3,6kwh peakpower in europe (230V 16A 1phase)
I think the charge rate is around 3kwh with V2V....
Daniel needs to do part-time job in APH. having two hosts on special occasion like this is great. as always great review from APH. keep it up Charlie. personally (if without budget problem i'll go for EV6 GT with the green & gray KIA GT liveries) looks so cool and sporty. the only thing i dislike with a passion is Hyundai Kia has been using dial/rotary type shifter on their cars.
Indeed!!
Yes, Yakub. I will try to talk to Daniel. But yeah, it's great to have sort of conversion type of format. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 review!
I think the whole design of the EV6 really rocks. Although the Ioniq 5 is exciting to design purists it's actually quite polarising, with its origami folds, retro hatchback throwback style and decorative stripes. My wife wouldn't even test drive the Ioniq for those reasons. Personally I love the EV6 and think it inherits the proportions and window styling of the beautiful Saab 9-X BioHybrid prototypes of 2008. Wishful thinking, perhaps, but I've ordered one! AWD, GT-line, white!
Yes, i love the tailamp design, it looks so unique. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 Range Test!
Greetings from Sweden; I will get either the Ioniq 5 or the EV6.
My opinions on the design; I have only test driven the Ioniq 5 yet, the Swedish release of EV6 will be in November so let's see if I will change my mind once I see it IRL.
First of, think both of the cars looks really good, but here is the break down
Ioniq 5 exterior is a bit cooler then EV6, it has no bad angles! just cool all around. The EV6 can look aquard from the behind (maybe something to get used to)
Frontseat interior I would give to EV6, physical buttons on the steeringwheel is a big plus, looks much better then Ioniq (and other touch buttons).
Also the instrument cluster with black bezel looks better then white bezels, I hope Ioniq fix that in the future.
Backseat design I prefer Ioniq, movable seats, larger windows, more space for feet I believe
Trunk - I would say a split. If space is of most concern, then Ioniq5 wins, if it is more important with foldable seat from trunk, then Kia wins.
Keep up the good work, I really like your channel :)
Yes, you have to drive both and choose. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 Range Test!
Thank you for giving us a real-time range ! Excited to see it here in US with green leather interior
My pleasure. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 review!
All the testers are talking "design" of EV6 vs Ioniq 5 but no one is talking of colour choice. I love the Ioniq 5 but hate the Hyundai choice of colours... Grey, Blue Grey, Green Gray & Silver!! Hopeless for a £50,000 car. The EV6 is leagues better with a full rainbow of colour choice.
Yes, Mika, Kia EV6 seems to have more vivid colors.
wow... how come no one is talking about this vehicle.. I'm glad I didn't pull the trigger on buying one yet. This was truly impressive .. especially the V2V part.. Kia is definitely coming up as the sleeper of the EVs to watch for. Thank you for the range test.. this really helps... to confuse my decision process even more.. lol
Yes, i think you guys will really like this new Kia EV6!
Charlie, I Forgot to Mention that I got my New Vehicle for Lower Monthly Payments; 5yrs.! I Love This Chip Shortage!! NOW, I have Everything I Always Wanted!!!
NicE!
Had a test drive in the ev6 last week all I can say is wow amazing car and a bright future for Kia brand time now to educate people on ev driving and it’s potential
Yes, the Kia EV6 looks and drives so nicely. Thank you for sharing your experience.
I hope to get my EV6 Gt Line in March or April. I'm getting impatient. Thanks again Charlie for the nice and educative video!
Yes, Thuy. I am sure you guys will love Kia EV6.
What was the overall efficiency? Would like to see the range on the highway at 120km/h.
Seems to be different with the two different drivers 😀
Overall efficiency was over 7kw/kWh. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 review!
@@AsianPetrolhead In real, if you divide the range by the full battery capacity, you get a rate of 6.89Km/KWh. Also pretty impressive.
@@AsianPetrolhead how did you manage that? Even in Eco and driving super defensive I rarely reach under 18??
"6" on the charger display means you are only charging with 6amps ( x 230V = 1,3kW). You can hold down the button on the charger and toggle between 6,8,10 and 12A. 12A will give you roughly 2,7kW.
Yes, you're right, but we did set it wrong i guess, b/c Kia guys said it can do upto 12amps. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 range test down to 0%!
How many of these will Hyundai/Kia be able to build? They'll sell all they can make. This EGMP platform is a winner.
I not sure, as much as they can. Love the new E-GMP platform. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 Range Test!
you guys have a nice own style of reviewing a car. i like it. keep on going. and ev6 could be my next car
Thank you. Yeah, Kia EV6 is looking great!

Am very much impressed with the EV6 ! Same with Ioniq 5 ! Also Mustang Mach E ! Top 3 for me !
Yes, they are great EVs. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 Range Test!
Good vid, and for a range video it wasn't boring, I normally stop watching them after 5 minutes, but not this time.👍👍😎
Thank you Rigor. That is why we skipped 1st driving part to the turning point. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 Range Test!
This car ticks all the boxes, amazing
Yes, this Kia EV6 looks quite promising!
You guys have a great dynamic and cover so much. I've been looking forward to your EV6 video. Can't wait to see this car in person! Thanks for taking the time to make quality content!
Yes, hope you guys get to test drive the Kia EV6 in person!
Charlie 328 miles is the quoted range for the car in the UK. I am a wee bit surprised you did not get more miles from 100% to 0%.
Yes, i am quite surprised about the range from Kia EV6~! Thanks Gordon.
Wow!! Impressive range!! And great review guys
Thank you Lewis. Yes, i was quite surprised myself with the Kia EV6's range.
Here in Spain, Tesla Model 3 SR + starts at 49.000€. EV6 LR starts at 44.000€. Definitively I prefer the EVSexy. In my opinion much more value for less price, and it looks quite impressive, exterior and interior. Great job done by KIA!!
I'm a e-Niro owner, I'm very happy with it, but I'm falling in love of the EV6. :)
Congrats, pretty awesome video guys!!
LOL EV sexy. I love that. Thank you for enjoying our ultimate range test with Kia EV6.
@@AsianPetrolhead Thanks to you for the video man! :)
Gentlemen, you didn’t mention the Kia is built much better than the Tesla. Especially in winter the Tesla is really built for California, and in my research the Kia is more reliable. Good job.
Yeah, i think everyone knows about that, so i didn't mention. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 review!
for a number of reasons I would pick an EV6 over a MY
however, teslabjorn would disagree about winter vs tesla! :-P
Can you expand on what you mean is better in the winter?
@@saravasquez489 the under carriage of the Tesla isn’t well finished, lots of openings, snow salt and mostly sand accumulates underneath. The Kia is better build for all environments and I’m sure will be more reliable.
I'm all about sh!t-talking Tesla and especially Elon Musk, but wtf are you talking about? What research? EV6 is not for sale yet, or has barely just started. What research did you do to conclude it's more reliable than Tesla's? If we're going by battery fire history, it doesn't look so good for Hyundai/Kia. As for winter range, if Ioniq 5's numbers are a sign, Tesla is the better choice.
I currently have a 2017 Chevy Volt, but I'm going to give it to my daughter and get myself either the EV6, or the Ionic 5. I'm having such a hard time deciding which to get.
Wow, your daughter is such a lucky girl. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 Range Test down to 0%!
@@AsianPetrolhead I'm leaning toward the Ionic 5.
Is it a pre production car? When will you test a full production EV 6.
Maybe in about two weeks. Stay tuned, we will show you guys how it handles. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 Range Test!
Have I converted this right?
7,3km/kWh = 13,70kWh/100km?
You don’t need sun shades with those heavily tinted windows. If their tint is any good at all you’re getting very little if any UV penetration.
True, but it still would been a nice thing to have. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 Range Test!
That ending plan was cool. Great job guys.
Thank you Mr H for enjoying the Kia EV6 Range Test!
Great video Charlie, fantastic range and features. Looking forward to your GV60 preview when it comes out!
Yes, Ben. Hope to show you the Genesis GV60 first look! Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 review!
Cool! Interesting fact that you can charge your car from another one, at least a similar one. I think this it should be the next step for all the manufacturers, maybe even a standardize interface in order to facilitate this thing.
Yes, it's really interesting, V2V is not fast, but you can actually use it on emergency situations. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 Range Test!
So that was 13.89kWh/100km.
Impressive, knowing that there were three adults in the car and probably some equipment. AC was running too.
So, with only one person, this could do better?
The only questions I have:
- Average speed
- Peak speed driven for more than 5 minutes (because that one acceleration you did doesn't really count)
Thanks for a great video.
PS: My choice would probably be Hyundai Ioniq 5 (well it has that "iconic" exterior, right?). Waiting for N version though.
Yes, i think it would be better with only one person in the car. Average speed: 100km/h~110km/h (62mph~) on the highway / Peak would be like 115km/h or so. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 review!
Fantastic range on the car, it makes my model 3 look boring.
Wow, Model 3 owner. Thanks for your reply. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 review!
@@AsianPetrolhead thinking of trading my model 3 in to buy the EV6 when it shows up next month in Ireland 🇮🇪.
Never been a Kia fan but now I am! Never thought I would ever admire a kia
Yes, the Kia EV6 looks quite promising. Thanks Yolosolo.
Awesome test and real world mileage !! Kia has another winner here and yes it is much more appealing than the low quality janky Tesla with it's catfish styling!! Tough choice between the EV6 and the Ioniq5 !! Both are amazing !!
yes, i really think Kia really pulled it off this time with Kia EV6.
I think Kia has better consumption than Ioniq 5, and honestly I don't like how Tesla looks and I'm probably going to get criticised for it but I think Tesla is just a gadget, good working gadget that has a potential to get bad really fast (in sense of quality, that will decline the more orders they get), I have nothing to base that opinion on, just my gut feeling
So could you feel a little more efficency compared to the ioniq45? Its lower…more shaped…longer.
And not to forget…you had cargo (120kg) in the car…you all did a good job and Kia!
The Heart of Next Level Bevs is Korea…not Freemont or Japan
Did you see a Turtle….ohh there is one.
I think Kia EV6 is more efficient compared to Hyundai IONIQ 5.
@@AsianPetrolhead What was the average speed? Exclude the citycircles. It was less than 65 km/h, or?
That makes the ev6 even better on roadtrips…more battery…less consumption…I choosed well.
What is the delivery time in Korea at the moment?
@@susihormon7821 He said in earlier reply above that "
Average speed about 100km/h on highway (62mph)."
@@MrMervenut thanks. Would be intresting how much km was on the highway and how many mountains are on the route.
i take a look at the abrp app.
@@AsianPetrolhead I doubt the korean specs on the awd lr are correct. the range is too small. I believe those are the gt numbers. Wltp it is only some km difference between rwd and awd. (530 km and 506 km). @6:40 min
V2V feature is so nice, you don't get any gasoline in your mouth.
LOL. you're so funny. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 review!
Hi guys. Can you resolve a question I have about the Kia and Hyundai? Is it true that matrix LED is available for the EV6, as it is not on the IONIQ 5?
No, no Matrix LED even for Hyundai IONIQ 5. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 Range Test!
EV6 sporty EV over the Ioniq 5.. I did saw the EV7 photos which look like the VW ID4, I would consider the EV6 or EV7... when both it's out.
EV7 should be more larger SUV. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 review!
Another great review and drive test. How does this compare driving characteristics with Ioniq 5? I am in the UK. I ordered EV6 GT-Line RWD. I consider practicality than 0-100 km time. I am wondering if I should be looking Ioniq 5 as well. I can see you drove 531 km. What was the avg speed?
IONIQ 5 seems more spacious and design for the family, while Kia EV6 looks and feels more sporty. Average speed about 100km/h on highway (62mph). Thanks
What about noise? I heard a lot a whiny noise in the video while driving.
It's the road, they made patterns to wake drivers from falling a sleep. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 Range Test!
Excellent review guys! Well done! Love the ending! V2V
Yes, V2V is quite amazing. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 Range Test!
Very nice 😁 can't wait to see the Genessis GV60. The gv70 it's my go to for now but I'm considering to go electric so I'll wait a bit.

I'm sorry if I missed it, but which version of the Kia EV6 are we talking about?
It seems it's the standard one and nor the GT-Line (that offers a bigger battery pack for the single motor) or the GT (bigger batteries but 2 motors).

Yes, both are great EVs, but i am leaning more toward Kia EV6 with longer range! Thanks.
Really enjoy your videos Charlie, thanks for all the info you get us!
As for the cars, I am more in Daniel's camp with the Ioniq 5 but something I'm curious about is if in korea the ioniq 5 comes with the movable center console at all trim levels or not? In America they plan to make it a limited trim only feature, which makes me think, that if I could only get the base version of these two cars, I'd get the Kia since if Im going to have to deal with having a console I'd rather it be stylized than plain.
Yeah, there are lots of Hyundai IONIQ 5 fans. Yes they are very close, but i like Kia EV6 a bit better. Thank you
Great range-test down to 0%. Tesla Bjorn did this range test in Korea about 2 years ago and his Kia Niro EV got about 500 km also, on its 64kWh battery, so that EV (which I have) has similar range to this EV6 with its 77.4kWh battery.. impressive of Niro EV... what was your average driving speed ? About 100 km/h? And when will you re-do the Ioniq 5 range-test down to 0% and hopefully using the same route and weather conditions for EV6?

Hyundai KIA Genesis going to dominate the market
Yeah, this Kia EV6 looks very promising.
I believe that the design of the Kia is fabulous. To me it is more attractive than any other EV out there now. But even though I love the design I have reserved the Ioniq 5. I would love to buy the limited large battery all wheel drive. Since the price has not been released in the USA, I can’t say with any certainly if I will purchase the Limited. Charlie has the price for both cars been released in Korea? If it has which is the more expensive model. Early indications that I have seen on line is that the Kia is the more expensive car. I believe the Limited will base at 55k or higher. If it does the mid level all wheel drive large battery will most likely be purchased. The only thing that will stop me from purchasing it is if the dealers here in the states charge more than the MSRP. If that occurs the Polestar 2 will be in my future. Are the prices released in Korea for both cars and if they have how do they compare?
Yes, this Kia EV6 looks fantastic from outsiide and inside! Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 range test down to 0%!
Actually , I can see void space between hand and door. Is it OK or not ? usually I put my elbow on the door and then you can see that it won't work, or are the front seats already moving left to right? ))
I think the door trim was comfortable enough, didn't see much issues with it. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 Range Test!
@@AsianPetrolhead thank you , sir
Both Kia EV6 and the Ioniq look like they were teleported from a cyberpunk univers. In my eyes the EV6 is the most unique and beautiful EV car but the Ioniq is also up there.
Yes, S. I agree. Kia EV6 has more sophisticated design over Hyundai IONIQ 5.
Yes ! Kia EV6 GT-Line is my favorite , I ordered one in black !
Nice, must be sweet in black. Thanks for enjoying the Kia ev6 review.
When my K5 GT lease is up I will be bringing the GT version of this baby home.
Yes, GT will be rolled out next year. Thank you for enjoying the 2022 Kia EV6 range test!
Totally agree with Daniel about the missing baby shades in the rear for EV6. this combined the sliding rear seats and bigger boot that Ioniq 5 has makes it much more practical and roomy. So I will take Ioniq 5 for my wife and 2 small kids! even though i would have liked to choose the EV6 because of the sleeker design and longer range. What a shame KIA!
Yes, both are great EVs, but if you want more space for your family Hyundai IONIQ 5 is the answer, but if you want more stylish EV with more personalized space, then Kia EV6 is the right answer for you!
mentioning the average speed of the trip would put the range into contest. cheers
Thank you, we were averaging about 100km/h~110km/h on the highway. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 Range Test!
Grrrreat video! Fantastic job on showing the range capabilities of this car. Can't wait for this vehicle to come out in the US! I'm sold.

Do the test with -10 outside and setting on the inside temp no 20 radio on and all that you normaly use in a car then take those 2 divide them and keeping in mind that we now go to tank when having the go to tank warning at 100km of range then deduct that and whatss the range now? driving to charge stations wil be your main thing to do
Well, it is Spring already. So, it will be hard to do -10c test. But we will see what we can do. Thanks.
Fantastic video, really really enjoyed it, really impressed with the distance, I assume that you were driving the single motor 77KW. I originally liked the Ionic 5, it's a really nice car, but when I saw it, I almost didn't realize that it was the Ionic 5, the EV6 looks different, at least for me, as for the moving centre console on the Hyundai, it is nice, but I'm sure after a while it would just stay there without moving it, looking forward to mine to be delivered, I'm in Europe, was told possibly in October, great video, well done

Tesla is at the tip of my short list of EVs to buy. I own a Kia Optima and it's nice but I'm more into the less cluttered look and both the Model Y and the Ioniq 5 do a great job in that area.
The EV6 is very nice but it's got a very busy button interior design going on. 50% or more of the buttons in my Optima I don't even use or at least not often. Tesla's center screen eliminates that distraction in my opinion.
And while the Model Y cost a little more there are certain perksbat the moment you get such as that charging network even though that will be open to all pretty soon.
But the Model Y has that large glass roof that makes the car feel spacious. It has great leg room and seating height ad well as one if the best overall storage options.
Kia and Hyundai got it going on with that V to L option and while I say I have no use for it I can see it coming in handy. But for small load items the ModelcY has a rear 12v DC outlet you can connect an inverter to and power some things.
For me I personally think that with the Model and its better range you get more bang for the buck but that Ioniq 5 and EV6 they are two very close competitors.
Yes, i think for now, you will be better off with Model Y in terms of charging network. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 range test!
Guys very nice test drive, and I think next time you should mention the high quality that kia and hundai has, compering Tesla. Good for you Charles 👍
Yeah, we will. Thank you Morphious for enjoying the Kia EV6 review.
This looks like a road trip range test but from the earliest results I see at 3.04, it's 234 km in 4 hours 46 minues, which makes an average speed of 49 km/h (30 mph). This makes it a city drive range test.
The 1st part, we were stuck in the traffic in the city. But on highways, we were driving about 100km to 110km/h depending on the highway, according to the legal speed. Thanks for enjoying the Kia EV6 review.
Great review Charlie, and great car ! Thank you. I'am really impatient to receive my EV6 Earth RWD comet grey in France around november/december...
Yes, hope you get your Kia EV6 soon. I am sure you will love it. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 range test down to 0%!
Kia much nicer looking than the others.
Yes, i agree. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 review!
I am putting a pre order deposit down on the EV6 and the first to arrive will be my pick between it and pre order deposit on Ioniq 5. Depends which arrives in Canada first, prefer the Ioniq 5 style slightly more still
Wow, congratulations on you get your Kia EV6 soon! Thanks Cisco.
Great video guys - impressive stuff. The car ye tested was the RWD GT line model I believe? Is the color the steel grey or the Moonscape grey? any idea? Looks more steel grey to me but was told was only available in the Earth model. cheers
Yes, Eric. We test drove the long range model with RWD. It's Moonscape Matte Grey! Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 Range Test!
Considering EV6 & BMW i4 at present. Prefer a hatchback to a CUV. Would also prefer the EV 6 nose (front hood) to be longer. In some ways the EV6 is more advanced than the BMW. Will compare driving experience/handling, price - and spouse preference for BMW...
Well, Kia EV6 is longer than Hyundai IONIQ 5. But a big longer wouldn't be so bad. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 Range Test down to 0%!
Its amazing car thank you Charlie for the video and i really respect your opinion bc i love the ev6 too
Thank you huh. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 Range Test!
Nice video and nice car! Can you give us more details about the road trip: how many km on highway and how many on normal roads and the travel speed for each one? Thanks!
yeah, mostly on highway driving around 100km/h = 62mph. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 review!
What do you think it should be the range at a constant speed of 130 km/h on highway?
Zach could you do a ioniq5 LR rwd version range test pls..
I couldn't find any press car with RWD. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 review!
@@AsianPetrolhead ok sir thanks for the reply ✌️
In terms of driving dynamics, I think you preferred the ev6 over ioniq 5. However, I read in a uk publication that they thought the ioniq 5 was a bit bouncy and wallowy giving a slight seasickness effect even though they placed it second behind a Tesla model 3. Did you find that the ioniq 5 was too soft because I saw you drive it quite quickly down some back roads
Well, maybe it's only for Korean spec model, but when i drove Hyundai IONIQ 5 and Kia EV6, i felt Kia EV6 felt a bit more soft and tilting. Thank you for enjoying the Kia EV6 Range Test!
Great video, really impressed with the cars range, do you think it would of gone much further? Tough choice between one of these, an enyaq or model y for my next car! Tesla superchargers are a big advantage to have.
Well, it i was driving only myself. Yes, i think the Kia EV6 could have reached a bit better range. Thank you Sam.
I wish I could just go to my local Kia dealer and buy one of these! Looks like an awesome car.
Yes, i hope you guys get more Kia EV6s in N. America. Thanks Johchadow.
Two thumbs up, guys!!!!
Thank you Tony for enjoying the Kia EV6 Range Test!
All good guys, keep up the good work. Comprehensive and useful assessment, KIA EV 6 is impressive, like Daniel, I still prefer the Ioniq 5, I would take either one in a heart beat!
Thank you bernard for enjoying the Kia EV6 Range Test!
Love this episode very much. Thanks for the effort. ❤️❤️
