    I’m glad I found you! The info you’ve shared was more useful than the most I’ve seen so far (I’ve been watching videos like these for ~ 7 months).
    Could you tell how often you train your glutes? It’s my 1st year at the gym, I tried bulking since October and started cutting in April, but it seems like I didn’t bulk enough… I also found it was easier to see the results in my arms/shoulders than legs/booty…
    Anyway! I hope you’ll keep making videos! Thank’s for the inspo.

      first, thank you so much for watching i appreciate you 🩷 personally i train glutes at least 2 times a week sometimes 3. I am the same in the sense that i see results quicker in my arms than in my lower body! I saw the most gains in my lower body when i was lifting heavy and eating A LOT, i think if you’re not seeing the results you want it’s most likely because you’re not eating enough protein and food in general. I hope this helps i will be making an in depth video about all fitness related questions soon!
