Hi! We hired someone to install our new ceiling fan same model in this video. However, it seems to spin wobbly when set to spin forward, but it seems to work fine when we set it to spin in reverse. Is it due to wrong installation or is my new ceiling fan faulty? Thank you in advance!

I know I’m late but my guess would be the box is loose as this is the problem I just had
why didn't you use the red wire?
The red wire is for another switch. In the event you get a fan that can be controlled separately from the light, you would use the 2nd switch.
