You are absolutely the best! You make the work much more easier to understand and I hope you never stop helping others with their math and science problems
I didn't understand EVERY thing in this video (ie, last 2 minutes, I got a bit lost), but I learned so much useful stuff overall, including those generally useful (and sometimes indeed VITAL) maths techniques that OCT reminds us of and gives us practice on now and again, for which I am so grateful.
MR. Organic Chemistry Tutor, thank you for another fantastic video/lecture on the Triangle Proportionality Theorem, Side Splitter and Angle Bisector Theorems in Plane/Solid Geometry. I found this topic a bit challenging, so I will continue to review this subject matter for a deep understanding.
Thanks for the amazing video, but at 9:20 the video doesn't show the final answer for the sum of both x and y. I wonder if someone can help me with this.
Thales Theorem - paralles lines divide triangle sides proportionally. You can't use size-split theorem for parallel lines. Angle bisector theorem - if a ray bisects the angle, the opposite side is proportional to its adjacent sides
The side splitter theorem is the converse of the triangle proportionality theorem. Would it have been more accurate to have written Triangle Proportionality Theorem up top when explaining that problem?
In the first example......why is the longest length AB and BC written on top.....and why is it written AB......bottom to top and BC is writen bottom to top
look at the example of the side splitter theorem and the ratios used. then apply the same ratios in the smae place to the new problem and finish with algebraic arithmetic.

pllllllllllllllllllllllllllllzzzzzzzz do one where you do one with no angles and the triangles that are similar are missing the same side measure
learned more in the first 2 minutes than the past week in geometry, thank you so much

U don’t pay attention in class?
@@JustThatGuy95 shitty teacher
@@JustThatGuy95 some ppl do pay attention they just don't understand and/or their teacher teaches it in a way that they can't understand
NICE

This theorem's proof is too beautiful. You should make a video about it!
Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't its proof something that has to do with triangles?
@@mitth_raw_nuruodo what do you mean?
@@joaohax52 the proof of the theorem involves triangles, right?
@@mitth_raw_nuruodo yes since the theorem itself involves triangles

you taught me more in 23 minutes than i did 2 months, thanks chemistry tutor
Thank you so much. I am learning new things everyday with you!
BROOO you literally saved me and my grades thanks buddy , keep up the good work 💪❤❤😄😄
Thanks alot man !
I appreciate your hard work !
Why does 8y change to 14y in question 3
Just do the top bottom method 8 over 12 =6 over x then cross multiply 8x= 72 then divided by 8 on both sides giving you 9
Thanks for the amazing video, but at 9:20 the video doesn't show the final answer for the sum of both x and y. I wonder if someone can help me with this.
so helpful wouldnt have passed if I hadnt watched this!
Thales Theorem - paralles lines divide triangle sides proportionally. You can't use size-split theorem for parallel lines.
Angle bisector theorem - if a ray bisects the angle, the opposite side is proportional to its adjacent sides
8:44, if you only know that CB=12, EC and DB are equal, and that AE=16, how do you find AC?
The side splitter theorem is the converse of the triangle proportionality theorem. Would it have been more accurate to have written Triangle Proportionality Theorem up top when explaining that problem?
Helped a lot. Thanks
what chnged the the 8y to 14y?
you jus saved me from failing 🙌🏾
You are brilliant teacher all of
I hope that i could get some high score thank you for everything you made my day!

Hi, what does it mean by "similar", does it mean that they are same?
angles are congruent and sides are proportional (they have the same shape) eheh

Pove the theorem of angle bisector and proportional parts pls

Thank you God bless you Sir ^^
Side splitter theorem cross multiple
9:21 who realized that he start all over again?
How is it possible that AB and CB are not the same length?
16:29
He makes this so complicated
for the 2nd to last problem i have an easier way to calc it. Set 8/x = 26(total of left side)/65(total of right side) = 26x=520 =520/26=DF=20 :)
YES THANK YOU SO MUCHCHCHCHV
Thannnnnnnkkkkk youuuuuuuuuu

Not - the side fluid theorem, but -the side splitter theorem.. I assume that is what you meant to say???
I thought parellel dont intersect
trey Williams they dont but the transversal (which are the lines that intersect parallel lines) do
