Loved the finds and the video. My mom had a brother that served in WW2 and only passed away a few years ago. He was in his 90s when he passed away he was a good man every one should be proud of the people who served in all military.

I'd love to find those red reflectors! They used to have them attached to GPO poles beside roads so cars didn't hit them. Obviously they were also attached to old type road signs. That little perfume bottle has a gorgeous design on it too! I'm still watching the video so will no doubt add more! The DRGM pot looks like those old shaving cream pots. That little key looks like a radiator key possibly. That little weight is lovely now it's cleaned up as well! Another lovely video!
Will you two do a year round up??? maybe of your favorite finds from the last year and maybe your favorite crafts that came out of your finds? I'd love to see the personal favorites from the past year! like the bead string! how'd it turn out in the end?? anyway! love the finds!! always waiting for the next video!
Love your videos! I used to do a lot of bottle digging back in the 70's. This was in upper New York State, Rhode Island and Massachusetts USA for the most part. Found some great things that I still have. Your white dish could be a cosmetic container, rouge or perfume or some kind of ointment. Just a guess. I love the small bottles best, especially inks and perfumes. I have a bit of doll body parts collection myself from all those years ago. I can no longer do any digging do to my age, and do miss it. At least I get to do it vicariously through your escapades. Stay well, and keep finding marvelous things!
Again you girls have brightened my day! Your finds are amazing when you find them but in your round up they are even more amazing! Please be careful and stay safe! ❤
The excitement and gentleness that Eminates from you both is another factor that attracts me to your channels. They are very calming channels and its great to see your finds. Thank you Gail & Alex
Hello 👋 from New York USA I absolutely love all of your videos I get so excited when your videos come on I look forward to watching them you both are amazing Thank you for bringing me along with you guy's I can't wait to see what you guy's find next 😀 😊
Another worthwhile little lark. My favorite finds are the colorful Beads, the brass weight and the beautifully embossed perfume bottle. As Richard Serridge said, the small porcelain container might have held a flat, round disc (like soap), that was lathered up, using the shaving brush and a bit of water? If not, it would do nicely for that purpose, as well as any number of uses. Until the next lark Gail and Alex, Be Well and Stay Beautiful.
What a wonderful selection of finds and a lovely coincidence that you found a military button on remembrance day! I love the little perfume bottle too, the embossing is beautiful. After all your hard work the weight looks amazing, isn't it funny that something, once so everyday and practical, becomes a thing of beauty after a century or so. I wonder what the people from the past would think if they could see us now 😁 x
Hello Beauties November mudlark? So glad you let us see these beautiful finds. Been trying to find out more about the perfume bottle but cannot find information that could help. I do have a fascination for perfume bottles. Your lead weight was a real stunner when cleaned up. You had a very productive day especially with your bottle stopper and beads, unusual shapes I must say. Greetings from North Carolina U.S.A.
Thank you for another amazing adventure! Love the informative and detailed wrap ups. Puts everything into perspective. Feels like I'm in a special historical museum exhibition. And the puurfect timing of the kitty's grand entrance with pheasants roaming around in the background..... Marvelous! 🤗
I love to wander with you two ladies on your mudlarking trips. There's always interesting finds and i like the bits of history and information you give in the round ups. I do enjoy seeing what you make out of some of the finds you discover too. Thats always very pleasing to watch. Thanks so much for sharing your adventures with us. This looked like a place well worth more visits. Happy mudlarking. Xxx
You are so cool and positive! It is rare when it turns out to find an interesting channel about finds. I myself tell on my channel about the finds of archaeologists. I really like it.
Thank You both for another rewarding series. SO look forward to watching them!!! ABSOLUTELY fantastic finds, and your craft is most inspiring. Take care of yourselves and stay safe!. XX
Great finds but the music was nostalgic and added a sense of nostalgia to your larking, to have a feel for who owned those treasures. Your a lovely mother/daughter duo. Do you knit as well? Liked your hand warmers last week😊take care and we'll wishes from Michigan ✌️🤗
These are terrific finds *** I can’t even pick one 🤔 well… the bottle is magnificent 🤗 and of course your amazing “leg” finds terrific 👍 greetings from California stay safe🌹
Wonderful finds ❤️ The reflector is a beautiful red. So great that you make them into a Christmas ornament 😍 Thank you for sharing everything and telling of some of the history of some. 🥰 Have a wonderful week
Don't let "frawg" bother you Alex. Odds are Frawg live in the parents basement. Unemployed so has nothing better to do than act like an Ass. You and your Mom have a great relationship. Lots of love and respect there. She raised a strong talented daughter. I have one so I know!
Oh such lovely little bottles...I loved the leaf floating on the water...kudos for creative filming, lovelies...sometimes I just wish you would make something out of locks but I know it is harder with those bigger pieces. Thank you, Larking Ladies!
I like those reflectors. They always remind me of that 'Indiana Jones' film where they mount something on a staff and let the sun shine through it. All these doll legs you find would look interesting on a miniature shoe rack. And, cinematically speaking, that floating, solitary leaf looks oddly vibrant on what appear to have been a fairly 'colourless' day. Thank you for uploading.
@@NorthernMudlarks Lovely video, lovely finds ladies. I really enjoy your videos. That brass scale weight reminded me of a chess piece, perhaps the bishop. Hello from a friend in eastern North Carolina!
I LOVED seeing the pheasants and your kitty! LOL Thank you so much for sharing all of the history that you find and sharing all of the information you learn with us! You have such a wonderful and beautifully radiant family! Keep the positive spirits up and keep mudlarking! Sending so much love from the states!! 💝
My great uncle and my grandfather were two of the people that flew over the line that ended the war in the u.s.a (from what I know). I absolutely love seeing relics of the history that my relatives could have been a part of. Thank you for this 💕
Fantastic video, many thanks. Back in the 1980s I was an archaeologist working for Essex County Council, and found one of those thorns on a dig I was doing in Harwich. I was told by our bone specialist that it was a thorn from a thornback ray. I wasn't aware that other skates or rays had such thorns, I'll have to check that! Thanks for your fantastic videos!
Gail: 'You'll have to keep your beady eyes open.' Advice that worked for both of you. Lovely perfume bottle -- no idea as to the perfume. Alex, I love when you growl at your finds -- this time the leg. Great editing and music and Alex, pray tell, Why are you glowing?
The mystery item is a wheel coaster. Put under the bed and it will not move when you're sleeping or getting in or not of the bed 🛏️. You should have 4 one for each leg of the bed.v
Hm, the mystery object could be the stand or holder for one of those Melitta coffee filters...I remember my grandma had one but I couldn't find any pictures though. As usual a lovely video from you, Gail & Alex...great end of the week!
I thought that the white ceramic object was the lid to something. No reason, really, that the embossed numbers have to be the bottom rather than the top of the object.
how cool is that to find a scale thing off of a skate. So sad to know of the endangerment. I love the idea of you going on a road trip to that place to see the popping stones and tell us a bit of history. You are so lucky to have photos like that. I, unfortunately, have too many cousins and siblings and did not get many photos of my grandmother and grandfather. I think you should keep the lock the way it is. It looks fantastic with the copper rivets peeking out.
Lots of lovely finds again, I like those brightly coloured beads and the reflector. Amazing to find that 8oz weight and would be good to find a complete dolls head. Thank you and enjoy your week
What a wonderful video as usual. I love the little perfume bottle. Also so neat to see the pheasant family just stopping by- maybe they will keep brown shwoo company.
Wow more great finds. The key thing could be a radiator key. The reflecter has a lovely pattern on it and different to the one you made for the Christmas tree Which had ashooval. Just love the perfume bottle with the lovely floral design. I have never seen a brown stopple bopper before anywhere. I found a broken one on Widmouth beach a couple of years ago looking for seaglass. Such love water with the leaves on it you find so much beautiful nature to include in your videos I can never wait till next Sunday for a new adventure. Love you both and the boys.
Terrific mudlark and some great finds. It’s amazing how you are able to clean up your treasures. The weight, especially Glowing…..are you engaged, Alex? Well, that’s my guess. Have a lovely week!
Loved all the finds this time especially the dog head. It does look somewhat like a greyhound. We have 6 greyhounds and work with an adoption group here in California. Would love to see that made into a jewelry piece. Many thanks for another enjoyable video.
Here in the States, the 11th of November is Veterans Day. However my Mother always said "Its actually VE Day. Victory In Europe. For World War 1. Never forget that." Now I'm of the habit of telling my Grandkids that. As far as the half rusty horseshoe Alex found, I thought, "Well it could double as a bludgeon." Then when Gail (pardon the spelling, my ex wife has the m8ddle name Gail) found the weight, I thought at first it might be a cap for a fireplace screen. (However it too, could double as a bludgeon.) Just joking ladies. I believe Gail is correct as a Sponge holder for stamps. Haven't seen one in many yrs. Wonderful finds. Always enjoy your research, that's why I loved your channel, when I found it, about a year ago. I learn something new every episode. I still wonder what happened to the 2 boys who were prosecuted for breaking the Codd bottles. I hope they grew to be wealthy land barons!!! Thank you for videos, I look forward to the next.

Speechless.......love the whole video..especially the music. Thank you . you don't realize the joy you bring

Love the historical finds, Blue, and the pheasants!

I jumped when you picked up the eyeball because the bit of seaweed looked like a spider! So many cool finds. I'm so jealous--but in a good way.

Cool finds and pheasants too! "I love it!" I giggled when Gail said "I bet you would", about the dentures.
I
Laughed too

The brass weight looks so handsome polished up again. Cracking finds in this visit, I'm looking forward to seeing the Popping Stones!

These are terrific finds *** I can’t even pick one 🤔 well… the bottle is magnificent 🤗 and of course your amazing “leg” finds terrific 👍 greetings from California stay safe🌹
I’ve always wondered how you have such fantastic knowledge on your finds- have you studied geology/history etc? 🥰
Great finds! But the best bit is your mother/daughter connection. I had that with my Mom, too.(I miss her) Enjoy every moment!!
Wonderful finds ❤️ The reflector is a beautiful red. So great that you make them into a Christmas ornament 😍 Thank you for sharing everything and telling of some of the history of some. 🥰 Have a wonderful week
So enjoyed the video and finds. Thanks for sharing.
Loved the weight and reflector. The scrolled embossing on the perfume bottle is lovely. Great day out ladies. Thank you. 🦋
Excellent video!! Me encanta!!!

Lovely little lark ladies! Just hearing the intro music brings a smile to my face! Thank you!
So many lovely finds! I love the perfume bottle and the reflector! Enjoyed, see you next video! 🤗❣️👍🌸
Brilliant as ever. The brass winder looks exactly like those found on clockwork alarm clocks.
Yes it does! x

I thought that the white ceramic object was the lid to something. No reason, really, that the embossed numbers have to be the bottom rather than the top of the object.
