The thing you called a picture hook, is the flap part of a plate hinged locking set. The kind you find a pad lock on! ❤ The video, Adam! Keep bringing us this great content!
Wow, great finds Adam, especially that local beer. That crab in the glass vase shaped thing reminded me of when I left my mudlarking finds in my shed overnight before cleaning only to find a dead crab on the floor! That's why you always rinse the mud out of bottles in the river before you take them home! 😂🦀
Hello Adam, this was an excellent lark! I like all of the bottles you found especially the green one 😮. Sherds were also beautiful. I am now following you on your Kofi shop which is wonderful things you have on there. One of these days, I will buy something from you. I just can’t say when. Keep doing what you’re doing Adam and enjoy your life ! Have a fun weekend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💜
Another fine video, young brother Adam. I absolutely love Staffordshire slipware,it is that glowing treat, peeking out from the mud, mischievously inviting the finder to eat it!! And,ah,the rails project, hmm,I seem to know a bit about that😅 A legendary learning curve is taking place, and,in the end,you shall hold “VICTORY “ in your hands!! Well,as long as your hands aren’t steam scalded🤣😉
Hello Adam, I've not been in for a while, have I? 😊 That bottle is a lovely mate. I'm sure I have said it before in your comments. It still amazes what the area gives back to your folks when you're down there. Hope you are keeping well?
Those are some cool finds. I think the wooden piece you found at abt 19:14 may be part of a handle to an old shovel. Loved the bits of broken pottery and especially the lid - reminds me of English pearlware pottery of the early 1800s. Thanks for taking us along!
@@Adam-Gates-Mudlark Progress is slow. But I keep the faith, pray to God nightly, and hope for the best. A nice video tonight, as always. Enjoy your weekend, and see you on the next! Cheers Adam! ❤️🇬🇧🙂👍🇺🇸
I thought their would be some good mudlarking videos after thst storm, it was so bad a huge trampoline was blown onto my folks garden from 3 doors down so i image it uncovered ALOT down the shores...
A lot of bottles were tossed into streams and ditches so that horses wouldn’t be stepping on them and going lane. Although it’s sad for the stream at least it was kinder to the horses.
I totally understand the hobby of treasure hunting but why don't you pick up some of the trash well you are at it? Kinda seems a disgusting habit to only take what is deemed to have value.
Thank you for watching

The best of the day!
Mudpies cut down and recycle those broken cods into vases or containers. Saves all the lovely embossing and colour.
I have done it in the past, but had a break. I shall do it again soon. 😊 Thank you for watching

Hi Adam
Where are you today?
Kent
an umbrella point
Umbrella end is what you found Adam
Thank you Nathan
I love your accent! Cockney? 😊
He sounds it!
Don’t think so. More English estuary?
I find it very sad to see all the damage we’ve done to our waterways.
The modern day? Or old day
Both our ancestors were the worst but we ate as culpable.
A lot of bottles were tossed into streams and ditches so that horses wouldn’t be stepping on them and going lane. Although it’s sad for the stream at least it was kinder to the horses.
Good
Thanks
Wouldn’t a bucket with a handle be easier to carry
It could do!! Lol
❤❤❤❤❤😊
Right back at ya!! :)
Is permit required? 😊
Not in this area, this is Kent! 😊
Really love your videos Adam 🩵 Thanks for keeping us interested and informed 🔍🥾🥾🍶🍾🦀🌊🧱
