For real. Imagine being upset because a grown man is just vlogging online. He has attention, and an audience, doing this stuff. The people criticizing you, they do not. If it’s not against your company, or in your case jurisdiction , I completely understand people making videos about it. Rather you are a Taco Bell employee or a police officer, if you are allowed to film, why shouldn’t you? Super salty people making these comments don’t understand that the internet makes you money nowadays :)

Thank you for sharing your story. After 13 years in LE I find myself with the hard decision that I need to exit. New leadership has made it clear that family is not their priority. I like my job description but the LE schedule is hard on my family. Do you personally know or can you refer me to any articles about what other careers I could use my LE skills towards? I’m nervous that LE is all I’ve done for 13 years so it’d be nice to find something that uses those skill sets.

Let’s be honest he’s a coward any real man that is an X cops and post on UA-cam are very honest about the reason why they left. It was getting corrupt and they didn’t want to be criminals and tyrants. This man wants to sugarcoat it. That’s that’s his prerogative at the end end of the day. He’s the one that has to look himself in the mirror. Some people lack the courage, the conviction, and the balls to do the right thing.
You could try being a PMC. There's a lot of different type of trained individuals working in private military companies, like LE, military, and even civilian workers. PMCs also generally pay more and theres less bs leadership.

I’m studying personal finance and doing pushups for bodybuilding because of a situation that happened to me 6 years ago which didn’t make sense to me and makes me angry, but now I’m doing better.

Hey brother, my name is Ron and I was a Law Enforcement Officer for a district here where I lived. I too was somewhat on the same boat as you. Worked so hard to be the best Officer I can be. I truly wanted to help others and I was super friendly. Unfortunately, in the end, I had to resign because of unfortunate circumstances somewhat similar to yours. I felt defeated and it made me feel that I couldn't be a great human being as an Officer. That I had to be a certain type of person.
I just want to say that your video is very inspiring and it is helping me deal with losing something I really loved doing, serving people as an Officer. It seems to me the only reason they would have to hate you is because people gravitate to you and not them. You have what they don’t and it kills them. Keep being you, in any journey you find yourself moving through.

Hey brother, you done good. Much success to you. From one retired LE to another. I’m surprised you got so much hate. They hated you because you had a vision. A goal outside of the PD. I’m old enough where you can be my son. I always try to advise the guys that are “on” that while in the PD, they should attempt to prepare for the real world, outside the PD when they retire. I know plenty that when they retired they either do nothing substantive with their lives, ( in my opinion, and believe me these guys are talented in many ways) or they just work at Home Depot. You done good to prepare. You did it a lot sooner than a lot of smart/driven cops out there.

As a channel owner myself I think it’s inevitable that eventually I’ll need to quit my current job too. I’m just a tiny channel right now still learning how to walk. So I can fly under the radar. But as I walk and begin to run and the channel gains meaningful growth it’ll be a little more difficult too hide haha.
And let me tell you this. Even as a tiny channel I’ve gotten a good deal of hate my way that caused me to be very sad and depressed and give up. Had it not been for my core audience helping me through that and realize that I just need tough skin I don’t think I would have gone further. But my true supporters won’t let me quit. Haha

As someone who has never had love for police officers, I appreciate this video. This is the most emotion i've seen and the most transparency. I think the general public should appreciate stuff like this because it humanizes that job and too often, a lot of us don't ever get that side. Its cool to be human and not a robot. Much respect for being so transparent and being classy about it all. I believe we can all learn from each other so that is what im here for.

Hey there Johnny, I’m 17 and well long story short I’ve been gravitating to becoming a law enforcement officer and I’m just trying to get as much information and learn about the job as much as possible. I’ve seen videos and pictures that sometimes don’t make me want to join the job especially now a-days. But as you mentioned being a LEO is about serving, protecting and upholding public trust and that’s why I want to do. Thank you Johnny!
I got a trick for you if you’re up for it . Go through basic training to be a MP in the military reserves and then join the LEO’s outside. You’ll be pretty much set for life if you ride out the reserves and do your 20 years. Be safe out there man 🫱🏾🫲🏿

We see tik tok cops as someone who is using their badge as a way to gain likes. Granted, this guy already had the likes and followers but you get my point. Also, he is a NEW cop already trying to tell people what do wear, buy, do when he hasn’t even been a cop long. Long story short, this guy was worrying about his UA-cam career more than his career. That’s why cops hated him.

I’ve been a cop since 1996 and at my current agency for the past 22 years. I’ve seen everything possible to see in law enforcement. I’ve been a k-9 handler and trainer for both narcotics and explosives along with all the attack work, I’ve been swat, I’ve been a crime scene investigator, I’ve been a background investigator, I’ve been an impact weapons instructor, I’ve been a field training officer, I’ve been a supervisor, I’ve run critical incidents of every type, I’ve worked in the courts, and I’ve been a deputy coroner. I have watched law enforcement change and primarily degrade for the past (Almost ) 3 decades. I love law enforcement, I love to help others, I love figuring out cases and bringing help and justice to those deserving of it be they victim or suspect. When I started law enforcement were largely respected and treated well by their communities. I’ve watched an extreme minority of incidents, combined with the liberal need to spread racism and discontent and mistrust in their communities target law enforcement and make every attempt to turn law enforcement into a political tool. I’ve watched liberals enact laws that destroy communities, allow crime and criminals go unpunished and continually foster hatred between law enforcement and the community. Cops are not perfect by any means and they do make mistakes, however the vast majority of high profile shooting, or incidents that spark national news, riots, looting and so on were cops doing their jobs properly and in good faith only to get thrown under the bus by media and politicians who wanted to use people’s emotions and ignorance to create strife which allowed for more government, more taxes and more laws that restrict behavior of all. Don’t get me wrong, there are several high profile incidents out there where the police acted horribly, unprofessionally, unethically and even criminally, butt that is so far from the norm it makes the numbers of those incidents occurrence insignificant. That’s not to say the incidents themselves are insignificant because they were not, and it is good those incidents of cops behaving badly came out. Nobody hates bad cops more than good cops, because they make us all look bad and undermine the entire career and the system. What I have seen in the past thirty years is the police are in fact getting worse, less training, more attitude, less accountability, less good cops out on the street. I think this decrease in law enforcement behavior is largely due to the simple fact that the citizenry has become largely entitled, arrogant, egotistical, narcissistic, unrealizable, spoiled brats who refuse to take responsibility for themselves or anything at all. And unfortunately law enforcement hires the best they can get from the citizenry who applies. As a background investigator who investigates those being hired, I did every thing I could to find anything in the applicants history that would disqualify them and I actually enjoyed it when I found something that allowed me to disqualify someone because it meant I had likely saved our department, our career-field and the citizenry from a potential bad officer. As a trainer and field trainer I documented everything and held very high standards because I didn’t want someone to slip through and become a cop who I knew would not be good in some way. Sometimes I was lucky enough to wash out the bad ones and sometimes despite my feelings on the matter the department would keep someone despite myself and other trainers objections. I’ve watched this backfire on administrators who didn’t listed to their trainers. All this being said, law enforcement across the nation have some 80 million plus citizen contacts every year and only around 1500 end in a shooting, that’s a .000018% chance of dying at the hands is an officer. That number is insanely low, especially when you consider officers are 18% more likely to be killed by just one racial demographic than that demographic is to be killed by law enforcement. Do cops need more training? Absolutely we will take all the training we can get. The problem is not training though, the problem is unacceptable human behaviors found in the citizens are being transferred to law enforcement. Laws do not hold criminals accountable anymore. Excuses from families and politicians and teachers defending criminal behavior by blaming, racism, politics, and countless other absurdities have created a situation where the older good productive cops are retiring early all while throwing up their hands and saying fuck this job. The new cops have the new modern outlook on life just like the newest generations, they are arrogant, entitled, narcissistic mentally unbalanced and have no grasp of reality. Sadly it’s not even law enforcements fault anymore since about 2010. The career-field has been dying a slow death because the new hires are just the best of a population that has become increasingly more morally corrupt with each new year. That being said, the law enforcement career and the country as a whole is turning to crap. I’m literally counting the days until I can retire at full value for my pension and I will walk away from law enforcement a career I loved but have watched decline drastically due to politics, and laws that endanger the public and punish law enforcement for doing the very job they are hired to do. I glad you decided not to stay in a carrier that wasn’t for you. As a long time cop I would not recommend the career to a single person that I care about. The public seems to want race riots, social justice riots and general immortality as the rule, so the smart citizens should arm themselves to the teeth, stock up on resources which will allow the To be independent from government assistance of any kind and try to go about their lives as peacefully as possible until peace is no longer an option.

I can relate to this. I’m very new to my department literally just got off my year of probation on Tuesday. Unfortunately some, not all, but some veteran officers hate the new guys and are stuck with the “this is how we’ve always done things” mentality. They make it pretty obvious but they’re also the ones who’ve been in patrol for 20+ years and are satisfied. Sometimes the laziest people can be the most arrogant. Be well 🫡

all i can say is f all the people who judged you or hated on you, they just are jealous of you and know that you are a positive influence. no matter how many views or how famous you are, you are a positive influence as you always have a great and fun attitude which is HUGE when taking on a tough ass job like being a cop. and to be fair, family is most important so that is never a wrong choice my dude. this goes to show how people are so negative and brutal with social media but you use it for good. screw any haters, more people need to be respectful and much less salty so middle finger to anyone who harasses others, cyber bullies, or hates on good influencers who make good use of media. keep doing you though dude screw anyone who wants to hate on you, they just know you are that much better than them. i can say i know how you feel or what you go through though because i have had many people be negative or dislike me for no reason when i have a much better attitude and positivity than them. people just hate on those who make the most positive of things.
