- I've finished building my first three-axle, 1/12 scale truck - a Cross RC HC6 - and taken it for its first run. But what did I learn during the process? How hard are these things to build if you're used to 1/10 4x4s? And what the hell is going on with my hair?

The truck so far:
Cross RC HC6 kit
Hobbywing 1080 esc
DS 3235sg 35KG waterproof servo (steering)
PowerHD 1501MG servo (gear change)

Hi Steve - great video, but sorry to have to point out your continuity error. It's clear that you filmed the intro clips way after the main body of the video, as your hair has grown considerably longer by the start! Never mind, I'm sure nobody else will notice. Thoroughly enjoyed the chat and tips, top stuff mate. BTW, intrigued by the other body shell half in shot - looks like a smart paint job... :)
Mark Bryan RC Ssshhhhh, I filmed it backwards so nobody realised how long it took me... 😀 That shell is a 2-door Cherokee and 99 percent finished. Only problem is I don't actually have a chassis to put it on, and it's a tricky 275mm wheelbase too. It was so cheap I couldn't resist though! Not sure what I'll do with it yet, to be honest.

In my opinion I would not not buy any thing from Cross RC there customer service sucks!
Fair enough. I haven't had to try their customer service, so I wouldn't know.
