- It's been pretty wet here lately, but that means great scale swampland for the big 6x6...

Its like the water just bounces off, it looks amazing!
😎👍
This Reo M35A2 truck is great off-road 💪, very good video 💯👏. I like the general view of the area and, among other things, the shot with the sheep 😉
👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks! I really should remember the name of the real truck now you've told me, but I just keep forgetting... maybe I'll just call it the Reo Speedwagon. 🤷👍
God it's beautiful. I can't believe it's rc half the time
Wow, thanks very much! Glad you enjoyed it. 😎👍
This is awesome.. great camera work this has big truck feel.. like witnessing an epic journey love how this truck looks with the paint n finish you've done.. great truck and great video!!!
Thank you very much! 👍
Lovely capture looks real! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thank you! 😎👍
Superbe vidéo 📹 et très beau camion rc cross 👋🤠👌👍👍👍😍🤩🇨🇵
Merci! 😎👍
I have the same CROSS truck. They are brilliant !
Pleased to hear it, and yes they are! 😎👍
Well that was quite long and totally enjoyable, Steve! Always a pleasure to watch this beast at work. The music was spot on, too, as usual. Even the sheep seemed amicable this time. We've had similar biblical weather here in the Midlands, too. Hopefully Spring will eventually be sprung and we can get some dry runs in. At least you've got the ideal RC equipment to deal with these conditions! Great job mate!
Thanks! Sorry for the slow reply - is your comments page as flaky as mine?! I have comments coming and going from my 'haven't responded' list with every refresh... in fact, another one of yours has just disappeared, annoyingly. Spring is still undersprung as we speak, but at least it's slowly sort of getting better. Now let me find that other comment, somehow...
Great video of it out there in action! It is a super cool looking truck and it looks to be unstoppable too! Cross definitely has some great looking military trucks and this one looks fabulous!
Sure does
Thanks Addam! Sorry for the very slow reply. I think I'll blame the Atlantic, somehow. I mean, it's quite big, and takes a while to cross, so it's got to factor in.
@@rccrawlersmid-wales645 no worries, I feel like I am perpetually behind! I completely understand!!
Cool truck and the video 😊❤
Thanks, and sorry for the slow reply! 😎👍
Hey Steve, don't mind me here, just saying thank you and also 'casually mentioning' I have enjoyed this cool video with the HC6 very much, hence the joining of my like (nr 85) to your thumbs up stockpile as it were.
I hope you are well and what an excellent machine thundering through the swamp! Cheers 😃👊
Hannes
Thanks very much, Hannes! Sorry for the very slow reply - I've not been on here lately, as you can probably see. I'll definitely be getting the big trucks out again for some filming this winter. Cheers!
Great video it looks fantastic 💪💪👌👌
Thanks, very kind! 😎👍
Awesome run .. Man I just love the scale detail you put into your video's and this rig is just a beast. Another full view and a thumbs up brother
Thanks man! I've been a bit slow with the comments... can I blame the distance you are from here?! 😎👍
Simply amazing!
Thanks! 😎👍
Hi there Steve, and wow! What a great video! Only wishes I could physically do videos like this, with fantastic scaled RC, driven to perfection. Awesome 😊😊
Cheers! There's not much to it really... it's mostly about choosing your angles and then getting soaked by the rain! 🤣👍
Truck looks great
Cheers!
Wow wow looks great 😍😍😍😍😍
Thanks dude! 😎👍
I'm impressed you must clearly and diligently have tested the depth of those crossings before plunging in.
Perfect video aside from the lack of an 8x8.
A
I did exactly that, and what's more I did it by TRAVELLING FORWARDS IN TIME to the point where I just drove in and watched what happened next.
Nice truck nice terrain too, puka vid bro 👌👍
Cheers! It's always fun driving this one. 😎👍
Super scale! Love it!
Thanks! Cross really nailed it with this truck.
They're such great looking trucks and the movement on those rear axles, I could watch that all day! 👍
I so need one of these in my collection. 👍
You do! It was the articulation at the back that really sold me on it, too (plus that low bed, which I really like for some reason). 😎👍
@RC Crawlers Mid-Wales Yeah I keep looking at them, bit of an expensive hobby at times! 🤣
Yeah for me it's the rear axles and the truck cab. 👍😎
Like 1 sob🔔😀👍
😎👍
Dope
😎👍
Crawler tyres seem to be doing the job on the old girl Stevo. Looks mint still
Yep, they really help on the rocks, of which there were none in this video...
Do you use panel line accent paint? Does a clear coat get used before or after? I'm still in process of painting the mammoth..im no expert but still trying to make it look as good as possible
Did I reply to this before? If so (and also if not), sorry! YT seems a bit flaky when it comes to my 'unanswered comments' list. Have you got the Mammoth finished? I have done the panel lines, yes - I stay away from black and use a grey wash, and try to keep it lighter where the gaps would be naturally lit by sunshine. I might have also used a darker sand-coloured wash in there (can't remember properly, sorry).
I do the weathering straight on the paint, but I think a lot of people seal it first with clear. I just do a light coat of matt clear aftwards, once it's all done. You can still go back and change things after that, of course.
@@rccrawlersmid-wales645 I'm still painting...I've been having trouble airbrushing due to operator error, and I took a break for awhile due to frustration. Going to try some more this weekend. Thanks for your reply
where do i can get one like your's ????
This is from Cross RC. In the UK the place to get them is Greens Models - don't know about other countries, sorry. I guess in the US it's via Cross's own site?
Is this 1/10 scale
No, these are 1/12th.
