I took one big piece home with me and it was a third of a cord out of that one piece. The property owner heats his house with wood so the rest of it stayed there
We usually forget almost all cleared land that has grass was once covered by forests. A lot of people worked really hard to clear the land. I live in Australia. On my little farm when I dig into the earth often there are pieces of charcoal and timber. I have memories of the farm going back 50 years now and what was cleared today was cleared back then. The land was cleared by those working damn hard. They did not leave stumps behind. We have trouble with stumps despite using diesel and hydraulics.
Good morning Brock. Impressive, very impressive. I like how you've made a science of how a tree thinks. You are a "Tree Whisperer." God bless and have a wonderful day. 👍👍🙂
you need a log grapple. i have a Fransgard sk-950 it looks similar to frostbite but it is heavier and made with hardox in denmark. its $500 more than frostbite but the fit and finish and quality of the steel will make you smile everytime you use it. buy once cry once smile forever!
Hey Brock, you probably already know this, but if you’ll make a small cut from the bottom of your large limbs first…HA! I was typing this out as you started talking about it.😂
I've been watching, and learning, from your use of chainsaws for some time now, but were those chainsaw trousers and boots in the last video? Nice logical dismemberment of that large tree, stay safe ...
Man, I was salivating at the sight of all of that good looking firewood laying there Brock! I'll bet that there was a legit 2 cords in that tree.

@@RockhillfarmYT ya, I heard you mention that the property owner would process it for his own consumption, I'd have hated leaving it for him though! 😀

I'm surprised that there's not trees down everywhere, as many storms that have passed through there.
Good firewood!

Don’t sell your skid steer , most valuable piece of equipment. Enjoy your videos, keep em coming.
Good job Brock. Maybe your fire fighter neighbour could use the tanker truck to pressure-wash the stump.
Don't they make pressure washer attachments? Brock needs a new toy!
That was a beast of a tree!
It was a hand full
Good job Brock
Amazing work
Enjoy your videos
Thanks

Danuser tree post puller stump remover can get that stump out of the ground
Is there a fire hydrant nearby? You might get the Fire Department to come wash the dirt away. With a firehose, I bet it wouldn't take long.
What brand is the helmet you wear?
Why not leave it a while and when the branches and smaller limbs are not required try burning the stump and then clear it afterwards
i have the same tractor 2022 t494 ROPS
Yea this video makes me think you need better insurance.
I was busy castrating piglets , sorry for being so late
I appreciate you
