To clarify, he is making Japanese yakitori. Dakkochi is different. We do eat skewers in Korea but we do them a bit differently. Toriya is a Japanese and it's obvious from the setup and method. Nothing wrong in it. We have many great Japanese restaurants in South Korea, hope people will visit!!
I would love to visit. Hopefully after the travel bans are lifted. Would you recommend anywhere to stay?

Gold standard level kitchen here. I wonder what they do with all the leftover scraps and carcasses. Probably a heavenly broth that would be a great way to start a meal at a yakitori place like this. I love restaurants that are essentially zero waste with premium ingredients.

What im curious about is, do the different parts taste differently? Looks like all were seasoned the same way
They’ll have different textures that pull apart differently because of the varying muscle groups, but, yeah, would be same taste.

@@Olga_1981 я не знаю, в результате чего сформировалось твое мнение, но как человек, который проработал на мангале много лет могу сказать, что всегда с удовольствием готовил и готовлю для себя, для семьи, для самых дорогих людей порошки. Надо просто уметь их правильно приготовить. А разделка мяса на высоте. Хотя, вначале ролика так не показалось.
