Fresh eggs are harder to peel. I make my eggs like you, but I love pepper so I put a little pepper on top for me. My sister likes a sweet relish in her egg mix. Thanks for your video!
@@KathyReitz-lb5ir I always thought fresher eggs would be easier to peel. Thanks for that! I'll have to remember to buy them earlier before I boil them!
That's how I do my deviled eggs. Sometimes I use Dijon mustard and Hellman's mayo. I usually make them for my church family for potluck every month and I never have any left over. I recently found out that deviled eggs are considered a 1960s or 70s "retro" dish. Whatever. They're AWESOME!
Super Good!!! Wow,I was amazed at how quick you made them.I could not wait til tomorrow,I boiled 7 eggs & they turned out Delicious.I could not believe it!Your recipe will replace my other deviled egg recipes.Going to pass it on to my sisters.Thanks A Million!!!😊❤️
My uncle was a chef and owned restaurants before I was ever born.Never use fresh eggs. Boil eggs for 10minutes, turn off stove, let sit 5mins. Put the pot in the sink with eggs in the pan then put in 2 to 3 trays of ice and very cold water. Let sit 5mins. ( This is science, it releases the shell from the whites of the egg. ) Miracle Whip is gross. Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise. Only. I use my family's recipe. Mince onions in a small food processor, then powdered mustard, A1 steak sauce, Mayo. Salt, pepper to taste. Mix very very well. I use a piping bag. Sprinkle lightly with red smoky paprika . This is the first thing I was tasked to make for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter Dinners at my Uncle's Restaurant for our very large family. I was 8yrs old. I made 8 dozen eggs. My first time. That's 50 yrs. Ago. There wasn't a egg left over. My uncle was very proud of his niece. I make a half of dozen eggs every week to snack on . Its my favorite way to eat eggs.

Try sprinkling salt onto the eggs,while boiling,1 minute b4 removing them out of the boiling pot.Peeling is easier.
That's an interesting tip. I'll have to try it out next time!
@CasandrasSpace
