    Hello! Today, we're going to make a Cathedral Window dessert. This gelatin based recipe is sweet, creamy, and really pretty to eat. Let's go!
    Ingredients:
    1 pack or 25 g colored gulaman (x3)
    1/2 cup or 104 g sugar (x3)
    3 cups or 600 ml water
    Note: I used 3 packs of different colored gulaman
    For the creamy jelly:
    1 pack or 25 g white gulaman
    1 can or 370 ml evaporated milk
    1 can or 390 g condensed milk
    1 can or 370 ml all-purpose cream
    1/4 cup or 52 g sugar
    2 cups or 400 ml water
