Over on the Townsend's channel they recently posted a BBQ recipe from the 1800s (I think), and he made note that the receipe called for a "gravy" and how we don't see that much in modern times. Then I see you posted this here with the white gravy (sauce)! I love it.
Awesome cook! Never thought to try Alabama white sauce on ribs…it’s awesome on chicken and mayonnaise based and mayo is a great moisturizer for all meats and grilled corn on the cob. I’ll be trying this!
