You should try using a vortex for wings because they all cook at the same pace as you position them around the vortex. I’m definitely going to give this recipe a try, the look and sound awesome. However I may try thickening the sauce a little.

I would add the lime in the sauce after taking it off the heat because a lot of times it losses its flavor due to the heat.

Best way to make wings is on the kettle using a vortex to channel the heat full blast.
I dunno man. I think the slow n sear will rival the vortex any day! Maybe we should to a side by side for wings. 🤔
