Gr8 Video. I would add that you should ALWAYS have a bag or two of that instant ice stuff. At least once a game or tournament either you or a teammate will need ice and the rink might not provide it or if you're playing roller you don't want it leaking near the surface. 6 weeks ago I broke a finger blocking a shot. I skated over to my bag and broke the instant ice bag and put it on my finger. It got the swelling down fast. This to me is a must for any player, especially a captain like myself. Our job is to look out for our guys.

Personally a ziploc bag works wonders if it has a slide at the top. Simple but effective 👍
