Its looking clean bro I've been working on mine also except mines not stick but it still pulls i love the car I've been in and out of junkyards looking for parts it addicting
Thanks bro! I've been to the junkyard a few times myself. Its definitely addicting. Forgot to mention i did the rear emergency brake and it was a pain. Thanks for the love!
How are these holding up ? I’ve had my solara lowered for the last 7 years with some budget lotek struts and lowering springs , it was a kit I bought years ago for a great price after reading reviews of people with them on their Hondas and after 7 years I’ve been pretty happy with them stance wise and handling wise also with only a 1.7 inch drop I’ve been able to go over the speed bumps in my area normally . Unfortunately it’s about time to replace them so I’m looking around and just like with my muffler which I bought after watching one of ur videos I stumbled across your video on these coil-overs . So what’s the verdict on them ? How long have u had them on how they holding up ? How’s the ride feel? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
To be honest they're not that great. Front seems to be holding up pretty well. I think one of the rear ones blew out. They are stiff. The rear can go a little lower but the front are maxed out. I put 03 stock Camry rims on it now and they're not as tucked as when I had the honda rims on it.
@@kevsautoadventures6003 got you .. as of now Im leaning towards grabbing some tein s springs and Kyb struts and just spending a little more money this time around but I’ve seen some other coilovers that were about 5-600$ im researching first . Either way as always I appreciate the info.
@@nellz2039 hey man, what did you end up going with? looking to lower my solara but not sure if i wanna just do lowering springs or go all out with coilovers. i think coilovers would be a little overkill bc i only do street driving. i also think the stock suspension is super comfortable and want to try to keep that softness while also lowering about an inch or two.
@@valentinoedits1963 I ended up buying the kyb struts with Tein S springs . The ride isn’t as harsh it’s a smoother ride than I had with my previous setup & The drop actually looks pretty even once they settled . Vogtland also makes lowering springs for the solara you could look into those as well … i know you said you found the stock suspension super comfortable unfortunately I never experienced the stock suspension Bc when I bought my solara and got on the high way the first time it felt floaty like my tires weren’t even on the road , needless to say I got off the first exit and had my car in the shop within a week lol I lowered it then so I can’t really compare my suspension to the stock suspension. Regardless from my experience if u want something close to stock lower it as little as possible..
Love u tio Kev. So smart about cars🔥💯

My mans been working on that thing! Looks damn good bro, keep up the good work

What year Accord rims? They fit? What else fits if you've researched?
