Definitely going to try this cooking technique tomorrow. One comment, your oil may be hitting the smoke point for olive oil. Be careful and consider reading up on the chemical reactions that happen when oil smokes.
Most of the spice cooks off when you sauté or brown the chops but you’re welcome to skip the cayenne pepper and cut the black pepper in half. You’ll get a very similar flavor as the original seasoning recipe. Thank you for the great question.
I didn’t find anything sexual about this video. I found the voice over comedic/entertaining more than anything. But In your defense these chops looked so good I could consider this vid… dare I say it… food “p o r n” 😆

The voice over caught my attention but I thought it was very creative, funny and unique so I subscribed lol. I’ve watched a few of your other vids expecting the same type of voice over and although you didnt sound as “sexual” lol I still enjoyed the vids, learned new recipes and I think your lifestyle is amazing so I will continue to like and watch. I do think this type of voice over would set you apart from other yt cooks and would make a great “food p o r n” series but at the same time I think your recent vids appeal more to a wider (boring) audience.
