Great way to cook pork chops! Only one thing I would change is the layoring of chops and potatoes…I put pork chops IN the chicken broth & “bits”, then put trivet and potatoes on top before pressure cooking. Just my personal preference… I do agree that I avoid getting the spuds in the broth but I usually add a few spoonfuls of broth to mashed potatoes… I still have the old instant pot, and it works great but I’m looking longingly at the newest model
i think im gonna get one of these...1.99 a pound for a family pack of bone in chawps at stater bros where i live about once weekly. My cuisinart fryer/combo oven got too messy to keep clean when using daily and in a large shared household. Youve sold me on the instant pot pro plus NGL. As always love the content heres to good practical eatin. Im trying to cut back on processed foods and minced/meat nitrate type foods...so ive since grown to PASS on frozen pizzas...which was a nice perk with the airfryer when solo eating a whole market pantry frozen pizza or red baron/tonys pizza. Just too much salt and processed mumbo jumbo.
