- If I had time to do only one exercise in a day, I would do this exercise I call Lizzard walk. This will strengthen core, legs, shoulders, and mobilizes hips and spine. It basically addresses all key areas.

wonderful-I did this moving forward and then also moving backwards-2 different experiences. I even stuck my tongue out like a lizard (no one else in room…) and that had an interesting effect on making me aware of tensions in neck and face

I started doing this like two months ago and I started seeing my body recomp get better and change. It really does work people.

Man, I love this move! I was amazed at how much stronger and in control of my entire body I felt after doing this ONE time for less than 5 minutes! ALSO, could definitely feel it the next day!! Wow! At almost 50, I ❤️ this feeling!! Thank you, Taro!☯️☮️♌️

We used to do this in Capoeira for warm ups. It truly is a great exercise 🙌🏼
Finely, I started doing it. After that swinging the legs in the air. Like babies and toddlers do. Great for relaxing and blood flow. Clapping with feet on the music. The floor is really a nice place to live.

I really appreciate Mr taro this wonderful video that finally came my way, I am a martial artist of 20 years even if I am not in class I am in my home everywhere I go I try to practice however after years of injuries and extreme Athletics, you got to figure I ran my body like a race horse 🐎.
So much pain and so many ways I have learned to stretch before getting out of bed make sure my house is warm enough never stretch when it's cold

Thanks for highlighting this exercise. I *love* lizard walk, and have been doing it for about 6 or 7 years. I feel similarly, that it would be my choice if I could only do one exercise/stretch.
I appreciate the way you've lowered your pelvis to the floor -- I start and end that way because of how deep the stretch can go in the core, waist, etc.
I especially love lizard-walking outside, moving forward and backward across a field or lawn. I also add push-ups to my lizard experience -- lowering the chest, as well, in other words. I sense that this asymmetrical push-up variation really works my core in a uniquely _transversal_ way. (Not sure if I'm using that adjective perfectly.)

Oh my gosh, this feels AMAZING! I went paddle boarding yesterday and my body is super tight. My left side has a nerve that is not happy. I feel it from the butt up the left side of my spine through the should blade into my neck, and behind my eye. It feels like someone is pulling on my eye making it twitch. I am a hot mess at the moment, hahaha. I really enjoy all of your teachings, thank you. Have a fabulous YOU in your day today. :)

Top tip, I had my back broken and it wasn't treated for almost 2 years. Now I've got 6 rods and 18 screws, I do very well. I'm finding the need to work more focused on recovering my core strength and opening the hips. 👍 Thanks very much, Roshi 61
Mark, can't imagine your daily discomfort. I ve only compressed mine carrying an insane load to avoid calling a taxi... Big mistake. There's no way I could even try this exercise just now. Give or take a week perhaps. Anyway, go careful. Best wishes!

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤦♀️I'm dead fur real I was doing this yesterday 💯 you will not believe ( even tho it was awkward for some bady parts aka old surgery qn my body ugh is weak in muscle amongst others ) BUT the relief it gave to my inner hip or thighs an my middle spine an the wings of my shoulders neck an pretty much every part of my body like it ! I felt like was a cat or a hippo form Madagascar 😂💯🤭 thx an ppl should try it no matter the age or level of skill of anything 😉
