Thank you for another excellent review Professor. I'm a big fan of Jackery and of all your review video blogs.. Jackery suits me (I have two of the Jackery explorer 1000s, a Jackery 160, and 2 of the excellent Jackery 100 watt portable solar panels). Jackery is a California based Company with excellent customer service and a great reputation. I like their products, because they're compact, simple to understand and use, safe, reliable, and light weight. I started looking into the battery backups available on the market because of the all the power outages that the California Edison Company has during our hot summers. I've lived in a remote area of the Mojave Desert for 44 years, and the amount of food I've had to throw out over the years due to power outages, not to mention the sweat and discomfort when the power is off and the outside temp. is above 115, made me raid my wallet and spring for some way to be prepared for the outages.. Based on your review of the 2400 wh Bluetti, I also have one of those that runs a small through the wall A/C for a number of hours when power is out. The Bluetti is another excellent product, although it's too heavy for 83 year old, me, to move around and use for all sorts of power needs as I do with the Jackeries. You are a national treasure Professor Hobo. Your skills in testing and explaining new technologies are marvelous and I'm sure have helped thousands of other people who have stumbled on UA-cam and You, in their quest for explanations of this technological world we now live in. Thank you!
I just purchased the 300 Thank You for the discount code.. I have the 1000 and the 500 also 240 I think it is a great unit and the quick change makes it worth the investment. Love you Chanel, I get great information from you. Keep your great videos coming they are much appreciated.
I have them each matched with a panel and each has a task to take care of . Refrigerator freezer fans and one to charge flash lights and other electric devices. My setup is manly for when we have power outage. I do use them for when my family goes to the lake for the day. Over all I have been using them for things I never imagined like when I clean the interior of the suv it’s great to not have wait until I get home, the kids always find a way to get mud and dirt everywhere, so many uses I can’t list them all. I have been very pleased with how versatile these units are.
Hey professor, I’m not a technical or electrical guy, and I truly appreciate your reviews and presentation so as to make these things more understandable to those like me.
Hi HOBOTECK, and thanks for the awesome review! i watched many of your others on the Jackerys and almost bought the 240 just days ago, but so glad i didnt, and saw this new one that you reviewed and just came out today with the extra features and power. Thanks again, and i did get the $50 with your coupon code! Happy!
First one of your videos I've watched. Great review. You are focused, clear and concise. I know nothing about power stations and I followed everything you said. Thank you.
When you register your 300 with that small orange card with Jackery you get an " additional 12 months" added to your 24 month factory warranty! Jackery Team customer service is very good and responsive! Thank you for all the great info.
I have an EcoFlow River 2 & EcoFlow 110W Solar Panel which I both love. I was choosing between Anker, Bluetti, Jackery & EcoFlow. Ultimately I decided on the EcoFlow. Each of these brands have units of different sizes that are all relatively comparable in size, features & price. However they do have slight variations in pros & cons between comparable models. Really, you can’t go wrong with any of these brands. The trick is finding one that suits your needs the best. One of the slight annoyances is the different solar cable connectors that are different among the brands & can vary between units of the same brand. They kind of want you to get & use the same brand solar panel with the portable power station that you get. E.G.my EcoFlow uses at xt60 to MC4 solar cable whereas the Jackery 300 has a dc7909 port on the power station. You can get an xt60 to dc7909 cable so you can use the EcoFlow solar pane with the Jackery 300 or do what I did - get a 6-in-1 universal solar cable that has 6 different connectors. It costs a little more but is worth it for its versatility. Anyway, I just ordered a Jackery 300 because of the killer Black Friday deals. It’s on sale for $199 & I got a $15 coupon code. 🙂 I almost went with the Bluetti EB3A which is a nice unit. The Bluetti Eb3A is 268Wh vs Jackery 300’s 300Wh IIRC or maybe its 298 but it is more than the Bluetti. i was leaning toward the Bouetti because they have an 804Wh expansion pack, the B80 which works with the EB3A which is awesome. It kind of helps to future proof it. your review kind of swayed me to go with the Jackery. Jackery users seem to really love their units & rave about Jackery customer service. Both my EcoFlow & Jackery portable power stations are around 300W. In the future I want to add to my little power station grid with a 700-1000W unit. I’m thinking I might get a Jackery 1000 or one of the new Bluetti units the AC180 or AC70. The AC180 is 1440Wh & the AC70 is 768. I wish that I had the money to buy the Bluetti AC180 right now. As of 21NOV23 the $999 MSRP of the AC180 is $350 off. It’s on sale for $649 which is insane! The AC70 is only $100 off of its $599 list price for $499. At that price the AC180 is almost too good to pass up. I’d get it but I ordered a Hiboy S2 EScooter because it was on sale. I figured a smaller portable power station & an eScooter is better than one big portable power station & no eSscooter. Anyway, thanks for the review as always. They are extremely helpful. This is my first Jackery unit as I have always gone with Anker & EcoFlow stuff so I am excited about it. I try to not get caught up with brands but judge on merits & specs as far as tech items go anyways. Sometimes brands are helpful in that some are well known & have a good reputation as far as quality, reliability & customer service which is what I care about; cachet doesn’t concern me. Thanks again & keep up the great work HOBO!😉
I got this Jackery a few months ago and it performs pretty good, one of the things I don't like is that doesn't shut off by itself when is not in use (no draw from ac, usb or12v, etc.) need to be turn off or on every time. Powerbanks to charge phones and bluetooth speakers, for example, have that feature to save battery. That would be a fantastic feature but maybe for future products. Little inconvenience but not terrible. After all I like it, I think is a must have for any emergency situation...Thanks for very info. video...
Just got my 300 amazing product ! I did use my CPAP down to zero through the dc port. We have random power blackout I'm CA so I am much better shape if we have another. Great for future camping road trips! I did trip out when display started to blinking ? It was just like an alert unit was down to ten percent! Thanks for all your great info. Happy trails
Picked one up today 313.26 after tax and your discount. I used amazon for the 5% back on the credit card. I have the Bluetti eb150 and now this, so I have portable and super portable to take to my property for a day trip or the long weekends. I am good for a while now as my 5 yr old 8 ea 6 volt lead acid battery bank is quickly heading toward its twilight. Excellent review dude.
I agree!.. a lantern with a diffuse light will be awesome!.. and why not!...also a flashlight as we have it in the Explorer 1000. Very handy on a small device and cheap to build.
I just checked that the Jackery 300 will drive my rice cooker. Great for heating any food. I live in an apartment in SoCal. If a bad earthquake hits, we could lose gas and power. Thanks for the review. I almost bought the 240.
Based upon your review and recommendation, I bought the Bluetti 1500 and couldn't be happier. It runs my 40 litre Engel fridge/freezer set at ZERO degrees for 2 whole days without being recharged at all. I used a recent coupon code to buy it and wanted to pre-order the Bluetti AC50S but couldn't use the same code again. The $50.00 off that you posted today worked perfectly. I have a first generation Ecoflow River so I can wait for the AC50S to come in. Looks like Bluetti may have Jackery looking over their shoulder! Keep up the good work!
Note that you do want a cloudy day, the sun rays are magnified by x2 off the edges of the clouds giving you more power to that solar panel. I’ve had a 7.8kw home solar system since 2007 and you can see those solar ray peaks as the clouds go by. Awesome video, I am sold on the Explorer 300 for my camping needs. Thanks
Thanks for all your videos and solar expertise. That Jackary is awesome. Glad you got a house. Beautiful view. Nice area to. I watched one of your videos from when you were in L.A. Very awesome story and glad that you are doing what you enjoy. Thanks againg for the information and educating us on new products. Keep up the good work. Odin, Thor, Heidi, and you "Professor Hobotech" I look forward to many new adventures from you. Thank you.
Just got the Westinghouse igen 300 with the exact features and a light with SOS and 600 watt peak for $249. Got their 60 watt trifold solar panel with a box on back with USBs to charge directly from the panel for $163. Westinghouse is over 130 years old. They're not going to make bad stuff. No complaints so far.
@@CindyinArizona You should read Tom's reply... "If YOU THINK most people are the same", you obviously don't know many people or what they think..??? Thank you 'Big Sister' for your myopic, left-leaning, cookie-cutter governmental insight ..!!! LOL!
Hobo, thorough review and my compliments as an Electrical Engineer, no one does it better than you or Will. Regarding the issue with the heat gun shutting off at lower power settings, you are probably running into issues with inductive resistances and power factor from the motor. Typical heaters like you have are purely resistive so they may fool the circuitry to deliver more power. Also, the meter itself may be fooling you so a True RMS meter should be used. Otherwise, great job as always!
I used a 3rd party meter but cut that out due to time. I haven't had issues like that before where the power ramps down as I turn up the heat. The only thing similar was with the R600 but it was lowering the voltage where the Jackery wasn't. Was quite odd.
HoBotech You failed to mention the rubber 12V Cover that's new! (We have spoken about that in the pass as an issue) Now if they would cover the other ports. This will be great when its in the 500+ power range. 300 is on the low side just n case u need it to last more than a day or running higher power items. This is more for weekenders that can charger everything up before they leave and keep charging in the car until they reach there spot. Over 2 or 3 days cant see this lasting other then to charge phones. Which for $300 must be better ways to do so. I doubt it would power a 12V frig for days.
Hey Tom. I thought I'd let you know that Jackery has upgraded the controller in the 500 model. It's now MPPT. They also extended the time until auto shutdown to 12 hours instead of 6 hours. They've obviously been listening to you and others. I made an unboxing/review video of it where I show the manual at the end, where it clearly states it's using MPPT. Cosmo Weems contacted Jackery to clear up the confusion and they told him that they have upgraded since the Jackery 500's release last year.
I'll verify with Jackery if they really did update the 500 but the fact they didn't say a word about it or send me an updated model to review makes me believe it hasn't actually been updated.
@@HOBOTECH Yes, please do. I can't take this thing apart to check for myself. I have a hard time believing they would ruin their good name by changing the manual without upgrading the product, but you never know...
Nice testing. This Jackery 300 looks really good. I like that it's very small and has decent specs in every area. Mppt and pure sign is amazing and oozes quality design to me. I work with some electronics technicians and a good cheap yet effective AC load test is a light bar with some sockets on it. Just add what ever amount of bulbs and get the various loads you want. It's hard to get incandescent bulbs since they are phased out but you can still get 60w stove bulbs that work well!
Bought mine it's been great with the wall adapter powers my gaming laptop for like 6 hours wich is a power pig. Hircutting clippers, Lights, other power banks. Now waiting on my 60w panel
Hobo, Relatively new to your channel and love the content. I did purchase the new E300 and 100W solar panel so thanks so much for the code...I look forward to using this unit on a upcoming road trip. I may also get the 500 with the link from your Blog for my sisters husband who would use it to run his C-Pap machine during power outages (they live in tornado country). Anyhow, thx again...
Nice Job, I have the 240 and really love it, looking for a portable solar for it next, wish Canadians got the US prices, lol !!! Beautiful background, Congrats to the both of you on your new property.
Another great review! Thank you! As far as the light on the generator goes, I don’t mind so much. No, I don’t use it as a flashlight, lol, but can light up the immediate area at home or in the truck bed. Having any light is better than no light… as long as it doesn’t really take away from the generator with minimal use.
Look at jackery, walking into the future. Good for them! I'm glad they've stepped up. By the time I'm in the market for another PPS.... Hopefully most PPSs will be great!
Glad they finally caught up and maybe surpassed the competition but I got tired of waiting on the 300 and bought the Ravpower last week. The Energizer 240 also has my interest if it ever comes back in stock. Like the new lab, I hope the new paint smell goes away soon. Also I'm waiting on your Bluetti AC100 review even though I just bought one.
@15:35 you state the USB-C power output only not input, but on Jackery's web page they state you can charge with the wall outlet & power delivery port simultaneously, was this an upgrade?
As info for those looking in 2023, the updated model (Explorer 300) has USB C charging that you can use with the other methods to charge all at the same time. I charged one from 47% in less than an hour using the USB C plugged into an Anker 747 plug adapter and the wall charger that is included last night.
Very interesting 🤔 I really appreciate all your testing and detailed explanations Pass through charging is important for me since I need to charge items to work during the day
Nice review! Detailed as usual. Thought I'd buy it. Then found that by early evening on the first day it's sold out? Come on Jackery! If you're going to introduce a new model have at least one day's supply on hand. Smells too much like bait and switch to me. After 8 years in the business they have a pretty good idea of how many units they need in stock to meet demand. A sell out in 12 hours had to be part of the plan. I'll now look to other manufactures to meet my needs.
Can I use my Photography hand held light meter to determine how a solar panel will perform ? I live in in a very cloudy rainy part of the country and just wondering how good a solar panel might work in the winter.
Thanks for all the reviews. Really helped me pull the trigger on this one over some other ones. I had a Rockpals that died after one trip and needed a solid replacement. Very detailed, specific, and honest pros and cons. Keep up the good work!
I _just_ replaced my Jackery/Honda 290 with a 500. I totally would have waited for this had I known. People should know that the little oval buttons will eventually break on these units if you’re in the habit of pressing buttons too hard.
oh damn, really??? i legit almost pulled the trigger on the 500, but ill hold off til they add features like they did on the 300...... the 500 shouldve had quickcharge and PD type c from the get-go. oh, and 2 ac outlets too.
I just bought a 2.5kw solar array system for cheap. I may try looking into one of these small units so I can use when I am on the gun range on my property. I like the weight and capacity of this small unit.
Got mine the other day and was testing with a TP-Solar 120W folding panel and a Dometic CFX3 75DZ. Charging and running was working ok, until I hit over temperature limits. Which is going to suck here in Phoenix. Nice clean sun, but over 104 even in the shade. Also on the TP-Solar 120W panel. I like the size of it, but I got max around 81 watts. Not very scientific testing at this point. Was just trying to do things easily. My home refrigerator had died when this covid stuff all started, so I've been working towards a backup, that is portable and usable for at home emergencies, camping, road trips, and sailing trips. That is without having to buy ice / every day. Longer cables should let me to position everything so the Jackery and Dometic are inside. Which will help with the heat for a little bit. Power doesn't go out very often here, but when it does it can get hot fast. I'll be looking for an extended temperature range power station. Enjoying the channel and reviews. Thanks.
They all shut down around 113F due to the battery. Your best is to keep it indoors and run solar cables outside. TP-Solar is not recommended on my site hobotech.tv/amazon as I heard they don't perform well. I never tested one.
A lot of portable solar panels have a DC out and have a myriad of adapters. I have a Beaudens 100w panel set and it has an adapter to that fits Jackery. Bear in mind that to run parallel with another panel, I have to use a DC to MC4 and then an MC4 to DC with the adapter back into the Jackery. A lot of jump starters come with the same adapters as do some universal laptop chargers.
Awesome review as always. Kind of disappointed that I won’t be able to charge this from my sungoldpower suitcase panel without building my own cord. Great info!
Ordered the 300 and their panel too. Agree with you they should include a panel connector for universal MC4, but some people may never use free energy to recharge and connectors are available.
Jackery 300 is back up! Thank you for the Code, bless you and yours.Sharing your channel with everyone and then some. Again Mahalo and God Bless...Got my sticker Thank you.
Professor hoboTech, would you consider a non biased review on an Audew mp500 retail for around $300 to date. In comparison to the new jackery 300. The audew has a slightly bigger 500wh lipo4 battery. Audew can accept 100w 3rd party solar panel also they include a solar adapter to mc4 Connection. So many abbreviations I lost my mind just now. I love your reviews and honesty. I’m huge Japanese fan silky blades Toyota’s and sieko watches
Do you tHink this unit is adequate (with a solar panel) to keep a 12 volt refrigerator running while camping? Should you be able in most areas to keep the battery charged while running the refrigerator.
My gosh you test the crap out of solar generators. These Jackery's are really nice units. Good to know that it will shut down before it's damaged. Thank you Sir.
Love the informative info on solar generators. In a comparison video jackery 300 vs. audew mp500. I recently bought one amazon had one for $298. Mainly audew has jump pack 2000a that’s highly recommended above the competition and value. I wish I’d bought that model instead of noco gb40 well over $130. It sometimes won’t jump a v6 4.0 engine. But audew 2ka model jump a v10 diesel ford multiple times. In conclusion I would love to see a more detailed video on audew mp500 250w solar generator 500wh. I been able to power my Sony 65” smart TV 199w and an nvidia Shield tv box ??w. Simultaneously for about 4.5hrs. I thought that was pretty impressive .
I wanted to let you know the Paxcess 120w solar panel also works great as not only a quality but cheaper alternative with more wattage than the Jackery panel. It also has an 8mm connector that plugs right into the Jackeries. It also folds up smaller than the Jackery panel.
So how long till the jackery 500 gets a "mppt charging"face lift the charging makes this very desirable but for long term use with like one of them fancy refrigerator cooler looking thingy,I was thinking a 500 but the 'pwe charging" is so slow compared to everything mppt? Good video.
Oh I love watching your reviews over again you know there already sold out on Amazon. Also there never going to keep the gaudy logo cuz when they remake the 500 the logo will be the only way to tell um apart,I bet they don't add more plugs or nothing just mppt charging and gaudy logo. I got a 240 should I even do a review on my channel. Well have a good night.
Jackery, supply the adapter, proprietary is annoying, leave the label, I dig it, power outdoors, got to go, a light please, this makes sense on this model. Love your quality, don’t compromise that, plus service, it’s excellent. If you make a larger one I will buy it. 1500 watts, 1500-2000 wh would be awesome
Great video Professor, thanks…I’m very interested in getting the 300 with the panels, but because I’m a complete idiot when it comes to electrical things and volts, watts and jiggawatts etc ….my use for this generally would be to run and/or charge my Lenovo laptop and iPhone. Will this be sufficient to do so? Thanks for your answer and I will continue to look for your videos.
Has anyone used the USB C output on the Jackery 300 to charge a laptop using a USB C to USB C cable? I just got my Jackery 300 and a new USB C to C 3.1 gen 2 cable 100 W PD fast charge... but when I link it to my Lenovo X1 Carbon Gen 8 (last year's model) - Jackery shows only 4W output when the laptop is turned of. It shows 8-10 output when the laptop is turned on. The port on the jackery says "In/Out: PD 60W." Is there something else I need to get to maximize that 60W output spec? I'm hoping to not use the inverter if it's possible to charge with the USB C output.
Great video. So I just got my Jackery 300 from Amazon delivered this past Saturday. It was packaged perfectly and I opened it up and noticed something, sounded like a block is rolling around inside. I tested the 12v plug. All the usb ports and the type c, then I plugged in my iPhone charger to both 110v plugs and nothing happens. In fact, about 8 seconds later the whole Jackery just shuts off. Lol. Kind of not impressed so far. Something rattling around inside, 110 plugs don’t work. Anyone else?
Man, wish this had LifePo4 batteries. I need one that can run my live streaming equipment in AZ and the Lithium-ion is a non-starter. I just bought the energizer 240 and it isn't really working, won't solar charge and the PD port doesn't work, exchanged it and have the same problem with the new one. Can you get the GoLabs 300W Lifepo4 power station and do a review? It seems to out feature this jackery for $200 bucks. Would love to see what it can actually do, like how fast it can charge and everything before I buy it.

Jackery's customer service is absolutely amazing.
Abbey Jane too bad their USB ports aren’t as good

Ordered mine today before I watched your review. Glad I ordered it! Happy with your review. i feel better now lol.
I love how thorough you are! Super helpful in the decision making process.
After all I like it, I think is a must have for any emergency situation...Thanks for very info. video...
I love watching the solar de-generator tests
Outstanding and useful review, especially on the electrical specs. I'd like to see a bit more on the solar charging in different situations. Thanks!
Thanks
Tom you are living proof that hard work and perseverance pays off. You really got me wanting to get one of these.
its sold out already on both jackery and amazon. That was fast. hobotech, your too good. Thanks for the review!
Thankyou Hobotech and thankyou "jackery " ,waiting to hear i was selected for one of the best solar products on the market.
Ben
Went on last night at 9 O'clock both Amazon & Jackery sold out, How many did they make, 2?
🤣
😆😄😂🤜🏽🤛🏽
Close... they told me 7 lollollol 🤣
I actually ended up buying the Energizer, UL listed, lithium phosphate, and quite a bit smaller
😭
Thanks for all your videos and solar expertise. That Jackary is awesome. Glad you got a house. Beautiful view. Nice area to.
I watched one of your videos from when you were in L.A. Very awesome story and glad that you are doing what you enjoy. Thanks againg for the information and educating us
on new products.
Thank you. I have two Jackerys and going to buy this 300 next to replace a GoalZero 400 that is dying -- thanks to your reviews.
Thank you, Tom, for the thorough review.. Because of the max temp of 104 deg., desert use may be a problem..
I don't plan on camping in any temperature over 80 degrees, I think most people are the same.
I used my solar gens in 110F all summer with no issues.
@@CindyinArizona You should read Tom's reply... "If YOU THINK most people are the same", you obviously don't know many people or what they think..??? Thank you 'Big Sister' for your myopic, left-leaning, cookie-cutter governmental insight ..!!! LOL!

Thank you. Got mine ordered. Just went through a hurricane in Louisiana. Needed it!! Got it! Done!
(We have spoken about that in the pass as an issue)
Now if they would cover the other ports.
Oh grandmaster of all things HOBOTECH. Love the new digs and hope you are all settled in. Excellent review and this may hit my price point. Thanks
You are the way to go for info on all things hobotech!!!
Thanks for the review. I recently have been interested in battery power versus gas power generators and your videos have helped a lot.
Got mine ordered. Just went through a hurricane in Louisiana. Needed it!! Got it!! Done!!
Bought mine it's been great with the wall adapter powers my gaming laptop for like 6 hours wich is a power pig. Hircutting clippers, Lights, other power banks. Now waiting on my 60w panel
Hobo,
Relatively new to your channel and love the content.
U are the voice fir new pioneer& solar solutions!!!
Great review I enjoyed watching and learning about the products I have ordered the jackery 300 😎 thanks good job
Just utbought one of these on Amazon Canada for camping and disaster prep, can't wait to try it o
Nice Job, I have the 240 and really love it, looking for a portable solar for it next, wish Canadians got the US prices, lol !!! Beautiful background, Congrats to the both of you on your new property.
Thanks Professor now I'm into Jackery for 1900.00. The 300, 1000 and panels. Returning Beaudens 166. Like it but zero support.
Beaudens was crushed by the Covy. I have the 380 sitting in wait for months until they can ramp up production again.
Agree about the mc4 adapter. I found 4 of them
Another great review! Thank you! As far as the light on the generator goes, I don’t mind so much. No, I don’t use it as a flashlight, lol, but can light up the immediate area at home or in the truck bed. Having any light is better than no light… as long as it doesn’t really take away from the generator with minimal use.
You can buy the Harbor Freight solar panel. It was tested with the Jackery and it came performing better for just $129.00
Look at jackery, walking into the future.
Thanks I just bought the 300 and the jackery solar panel.. we’re going to use this for camping in our van.
What are your thoughts on this compared to the Ecoflow River (the 300 wh one), with the exception of the price difference?
Wow you just educated me in a great product and how solar works. Thank you professor 🤟🤟
Hey Tom, love the new studio view !!! I have installed Anderson connectors on my portable solar panels, not a a fan of mc4 connectors.
Thanks for an excellent review, Purchased today along w/ the 100W solar panel from Jackery.
Very interesting 🤔
I really appreciate all your testing and detailed explanations
Pass through charging is important for me since I need to charge items to work during the day
Nice review!
Ooohh salty!!
Lucky for me, i got it on sale at Harbor Freight before I sae this. It works great for my needs.
@@drybonez2087 im glad you mentioned that. I really want a 500 too.
Great review! I sent in a review of 1000w to Amazon at the request of Jackery they sent me up 160w baby Jackery ! Whoo hoo! Love my Jackerys!!
I guess they don't realize offering free products in trade for Amazon reviews can get their seller account deleted. Good score for you though!
I just bought a 2.5kw solar array system for cheap. I may try looking into one of these small units so I can use when I am on the gun range on my property. I like the weight and capacity of this small unit.
Thank you for all your entertaining and informative reviews.
The look on your face as you go to use the degenerator is priceless.
Thanks for your discount code!! Can’t wait to take it camping!!
Awesome review as always. Kind of disappointed that I won’t be able to charge this from my sungoldpower suitcase panel without building my own cord. Great info!
Watch my video on how to bypass their controller. It's not hard.
HOBOTECH hi there. I did but you had mentioned in this video that the end is proprietary. That’s what I found disappointing.
HOBOTECH I’d rather get this over the baldr 330. Is there a way to get a jackery plug to build my own cable? Or is that not possible currently
@@Nightfire_Gaming81 All you need is the MC4 to 8mm adapter in the description to use any 3rd party panel.
HOBOTECH awesome. Thank you so much. Been working all day so I guess I didn’t notice that. Being an essential employee takes it out of you.
Great review, ordering one today.
Love the solar de-generator "label", and clean the litter box, Tom!
Thanks for the code! Very nice discount and much appreciated.
So if I buy a bluitti do I have to buy bluitti solar panels like the jackery?
Being able to charge the device fast is an important feature good that Jackery addressed this, agree it could use a light of some type for the price.
Thanks Professor Hobo, I appreciate the education
My gosh you test the crap out of solar generators. These Jackery's are really nice units. Good to know that it will shut down before it's damaged. Thank you Sir.
What is the maximum wattage on the heater? Thanks so much! ❤
Most excellent review ! Thanks for all your great information joe from California
I thought that was pretty impressive .
would this run a dc portable cooler continuous 40 to 60 watts and also does it have pass through on both ac and dc
Watch the video.
I wanted to let you know the Paxcess 120w solar panel also works great as not only a quality but cheaper alternative with more wattage than the Jackery panel. It also has an 8mm connector that plugs right into the Jackeries. It also folds up smaller than the Jackery panel.
Amazon's Paxcess offering lists the Jackery 240 and 500 as compatible, but not the 300, you sure it works with this new 300 model?
So how long till the jackery 500 gets a "mppt charging"face lift the charging makes this very desirable but for long term use with like one of them fancy refrigerator cooler looking thingy,I was thinking a 500 but the 'pwe charging" is so slow compared to everything mppt? Good video.
I was told just this morning the new 500's do have MPPT and I'll get one soon to test.
@@HOBOTECH cool thanks.
Can you use 2- 60 watt panels plug together to charge the 300 watt jackery
Are the dead-on viewing angles of the LCD wildly bad, or is it just my unit? Seems like it wasn't meant to be viewed straight on.
Is there a Fuse box on the Jackeree Generator
Man, wish this had LifePo4 batteries. I need one that can run my live streaming equipment in AZ and the Lithium-ion is a non-starter. I just bought the energizer 240 and it isn't really working, won't solar charge and the PD port doesn't work, exchanged it and have the same problem with the new one. Can you get the GoLabs 300W Lifepo4 power station and do a review? It seems to out feature this jackery for $200 bucks. Would love to see what it can actually do, like how fast it can charge and everything before I buy it.
I love your channel and I got this explorer but the RavPower is trash. I had two fail on me within a year under low watt usage.
HOBOTECH: Will the Jackery 1000 accept Harbor Freight 100 watt solar panels? Please respond!
