Agreed. I don't know what specific items they're pricing, but all of the usual household staples have increased drastically. Hell, even the Dollar Tree is up 25% PLUS! They took some items out, and reintroduced them for $5. I used to get eggs at Aldi for .69/dz. Last week, I paid $2.05. Cucumbers used to be 2\$1. Now .95 each. Chicken was $1.99lb. Now $2.89. Another store used to sell baguettes for $1; now $2.49. These are all basics and well over 20% increase.

Maria, I’m a small business and what never seems to be talked about is what inflation does to higher wage increases.
Deflation doesn’t change the wage increases over the past 3 years.
The leftists drive has been “a living wage”. $15 an hour 5 years ago was considered a living wage. Today it’s $25-$27 an hour which means retail margins have to stay high.
Employees are being duped. Their paycheck is bigger but it’s costing them more today at $25 an hour than when they made $15 hr.
