As far as I'm concerned he told me I was the easy target so they would go after me.
My friend had her license suspended because she did know she had to fill out a special report for getting rear ended when the cops refused to show up because they were too busy. So they don’t show up and you have to jump the extra hoops. The dmv found out because of her insurance claim.
