- PART 3 of shoulder talks I sat down with my friend Deanna who has just suffered a collarbone break and needed surgery ASAP! Discuss how Having the best surgeon is important. Discussing what happens before surgery and explaining what they did to open up to get to your shoulder! Avoid nerves are important to not damage feeling in that area! Her collarbone snapped in half and I guided her in the right direction for surgery. After surgery we were able to connect and understand the pains of going through this process. I tore my AC Joint in early 2018. This can help those understand the shoulder and intricacies of surgery for two patients from the same wonderful surgeon Dr John Itamura!
I wish I could afford stem cell therapy both my shoulders are messed up grind and click and the physical therapy exercises don’t do anything

Ham za mine was a grade 4 and it’s excellent! Best decision for myself to do surgery with Dr Itamura!
Ham za allograft was used I believe weaver Dunn procedure. Not sure exactly though because my surgeon uses many of his own methods. He’s an excellent surgeon.
