Wolfpack - How to Use the Attack Disc

This video shows the use of the attack disc in an actual attack. It explains the basic procedure for changing relative bearings to true bearings and how to determine the convoys course from the angle on the bow. During the actual attack you can see how to set up the TDC and finally the results of the attack (explosions!). Mistakes were made.
Convert relative bearing to true using attack disc:
1 Set own course below 180 at top of disc
2 Rotate bearing arm to relative bearing on the outside of the disc
3 Read true bearing on INSIDE ring of true bearing ring
Find convoy course:
1 Set own course below 180 at top of the disc
2 Rotate bearing arm to relative bearing on the outside of the disc
3 Rotate AOB ring (red/green) to match convoys AOB to the relative bearing.
4 Read convoy's course on the outside of the true bearing ring under the white triangle.

I'm glad you like it. If you enjoy using the attack disc in game, you should consider getting the Sub Buddy Attack Disc. It has more features and you can put it on an Ipad and keep it next to you while you play. This makes playing more fun!

The attack disc was added in the beta version 0.25. You're probably on the standard version 0.24c. The beta version is much better but maybe less stable. To install the beta version: open steam. Select library in top left. Right click on Wolfpack in your games list. Select Properties. Select betas from the right column. Select beta-beta in the dropdown menu. No code is needed to install he beta. Simply close the window and the beta will begin to download. . Now you will see the attack disc menu next to the distance table when you are playing. Good Luck!
To go back to the regular version simply set dropdown menu back to none

All I see is something probably useful in the wrong hands. In this case mine.
