Put in a loootttt of time. They have a Road to Pro series that requires a minimum of an A 2.0 license. If you prove your worth there and do everything, then you go into the Contender series where you’ll face against 20 other established eNASCAR drivers. They have a section on the iRacing website that explains it in detail.
