Is there anything else that could replace that supplement ? I can't take it since I take an antidepressants that are metabolize by the liver. Im really getting discouraged. I'm trying and nothing seem to work. Now im considering options like testosterone or even maybe a cycle of anabolics. I'm at a point that i will do anything to lose weight.
I got my carbs down. I'm playing ice hockey two times a week, weights 4 times a week and cardio 3 times. I try to walk at least 6000 steps each day and I'm eating 1950 calories. I'm hungry as hell always. I don't eat chips, ice cream, candy's or go to restaurants. When i eat carbs, it's always veggies or whole grains and always eat them with protein. My fiber intake is in check and I don't have PCOS, diabetes. I now take medication for my thyroid but it's only 50mcg. So im desperate and don't know how to go back to the athlete i once was.
Why can't we take DIM instead¿??

not tru what she is saying. Ic3 is oly the precurssor.DIM is the drect version, so itss more pure. So this lady is wrong and only wants to sell her stuff.

Excellent question, yes! If a man is dealing with a lower ratio of testosterone to estrogen resulting in low libido, gynecomastia (aka man boobs), or muscle loss, this supplement serves to block excess estrogen and will support bringing these things into balance.
