My guess is that you broke one of the oil control valves while resealing timing chain cover. It is really easy to break so 99% I'm sure it's oil control valve.
Buglinjo yeah, Subaru ended up giving me a bad replacement one. So when I put it on it didn’t fix anything. Then I got one more and the problem went away.
