Just amazing products.! #1 RULE OF MAKE UP IS ~ IF YOUR SKIN DONT LOOK ITS BEST = UR MAKE UP WONT LOOK ITS BEST.! THE WORSE THE SKIN CONDITION THE HARDER THE WORK TO TRY AND MAKE IT LOOK GOOD..! If you don’t care to invest in good skin care ~ You shouldn’t be wearing make up in my opinion. I’m not saying buy the most expensive.! Even ~ “the ordinary” line is phenomenal & CHEAP.! I’m saying invest in time, & researching the products to find out what your skin, & what is needing/lacking. It makes a world of difference.! Great video.! Amazing skin and makeup! I agree with your point about thinking Elizabeth Arden is for mature skin. I have only ever shopped their products for my mum. last time I picked some stuff up for her, the lady at the counter insisted I tried those capsules (didnt know how to use them, hence me finding your video). you are so right about them! feels like silk. this is my first night using them, so lets see how it goes. The lady was so generous and gave me about 30 to try :)

The best product for young skin is the mousse makeup from Elizabeth Arden, it's made specially for them
Love EA and the capsules are biodegradable and can dissolve in water the capsules are 100% vegetable and mineral-based. They are safe for animals and environment!

You should totally try the Ceramide + retinal capsules.! Theyr even better..!😍😍😍 anyone over 21 should be on a retinal regimen. how ever ~ IF YOU BUY THE CERAMIDE + Retinal = Once you open it, you will need to use it all. Cos retinal oxidizes & weakens if it’s exposed to oxygen. (Or place the open capsule in air tight container😉)

I agree Courtney (why aren't more people talking about this)! I only discovered my friends were using these when I went into their bathrooms or bedrooms and noticed them on their vanities. No one said a thing to me before hand. Seems to me its like a beauty secret that works so well some people would rather keep it to themselves lol. I got a sample vial from Shoppers Drug mart and the results are insane! I love this product and it really works.

I feel like the reason Elizabeth Arden is way too underrated is because of the branding.
yea the reason why no one is paying attention to them is because they all remember their grandmothers using it. nostolgic but boring becvause no one wants to use stuff that their grandparents used to use
@@themango9644 so true but also ironic because our grandmothers had gr8 skin without fillers and botox. My mother is in her late 70s and has amazing skin because she always reserved atleast 5 mins a day for her self from her busy life to do a proper skincare routine . Ppl now look for an instant fix which in the long run will not only be more costly than these high end products but also end up deforming thier face but each to thier own I guess

I also use the foundation flawless finish and it's great! I would love a video from you using their eyeshadows , espacially with the color "Periwinkle" (purpply blue) ! Since it's a single one, it's not easy for me to imagine a look. I love the way you do your eye makeup! tks again!

I have a question about the retinol capsules. Why is the retinol from drunk elephant so harsh? I’ve completely stop using their products? I’m really considering Elizabeth Arden I have a free capsules that my friend gave me and is AMAZING!!!! Is weird because I have super oily skin.

Although I am not an expert with these products I would guess that the amount of retinol in both products differ. Drunk elephant tells you their product has 1% retinol whereas Elizabeth Arden does not specify. However, retinol is not high on the list of ingredients which leads me to believe the percentage is alot lower in the capsules.
When doing my research I came to realize retinol is a strong active ingredient which affects everyone differently. I have been seeing alot of comments with the Drunk Elephant being really harsh on peoples skin for the first little while untill your skin "adjusts". I personally love that the EA retinol capsules are not harsh on the skin but yet effective! And with each capsule you are receiving the benefits of not just retinol, but also the super hydrating ceramides!

Currently got the ceramide gold capsule on for the first time ! I did buy 90 of the retinol ones, but im also breastfeeding and not sure if i can use them ? I cant seem to find anything about pregnant or nursing mums using this skin care line ? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤫
I just looked up retinol while breastfeeding and it said to stay away from retinol for the time being. You should check with a professional for their opinion, but the ceramide capsules are a safer option since they only contain ceramide!
I love EA products and like you, I'm always shock by this underated line. I used the ceramides for a long time and I like it alot! I'm looking for a youtuber who's gonna test adebenone products, 'cause they are the only brand doing this...so it tells alot about their good reputation!

I bought the essence after watching your review. Really disappointed after receiving it, because there's fragrance in it. It is strong too. I hate when skin care companies do this. There's no point in having all the good ingredients just to add fragrance. "You're literally feeding your skin" but fragrance isn't in skin.
There definitely is a fragrance to it! If you can get past the fragrance it really is a great product 💕
@@Courtneyroshell I would deal with the fragrance. However putting fragrance on skin is bad for skin. There's noway to improve skin while causing damage at the same time.

The regular ceramide capsules can be used in the morning or night! The retinol capsules (pink ones) can only be used in the night due to the retinol.
The eye capsules are good, but if you were to invest in just one I would suggest the face capsules so you get an all over treatment instead of just your eyes.

There is enough product in 1 capsule for my face,neck,upper chest,hands,feet and elbows. I do the dot method to make sure my face,neck and chest are evenly covered and use the rest on the other areas.

I have used these capsules everyday for 60 days. I see zero difference and I have a professional camera and took before and after pictures. It is nice for acting like a primer. That’s all.
Its unfortunate you havent seen the benefits of these! They do wonders for my skin. Especially moisture! Mabe you would benefit from the pink retinol capsules more. I would give them a try😊

If you have oily skin, just use the ceramide capsule and skip moisturizer, your skin will thank you because it's enough occlusive for your skin already. The pain is in the price though.

Mary Joseph these are really great! I love them and def see a difference. If you’re iffy on spending the money buy a trial size on eBay or pick up a free one at the mall. Like she said there’s a lot in the capsule I can use it more than once

Hello! I can't believe it ither, but before I started working at Hudson bay I have never heard of Elizabeth Arden! The counter at my location for Elizabeth arden is shared with Estee with less than half of the counter for themselves. They also do not have alot of visual advertising so I assumed it was all one brand since I was not super familiar with Estee at the time ither.

can a 15 year old use those ceramide capsule? my aunt gave me some elizabeth arden products and i don't know how to use it except for the perfume and lipstick and the ceramide should be scrub in the skin?
Since your skin produces it's own ceramide untill about the age 25 ( it starts to decrease after that) I dont think you would really need them! They definatly would not hurt at all. If anything they would add some more moisture to your skin. I am in no way a skincare expert so I would definatly seek advice from a doctor or skincare specialist.in terms of hownto use them, You just open them up and rub the serum into you skin and let it soak up.

Hi there! I actually researched this when I first started using Elizabeth Arden, and their capsules are vegetable and mineral based and they also meet the industry guidelines for being biodegradable. For instance, if you drop the vitamin C capsule in water it disintegrates.

Omg yes girl! I love and ONLY use Elizabeth Arden skincare at the moment.. I am running through the tiniest bit of Origins samples I had sitting around but let me tell you… my skin has never looked so good! Lord & Taylor near me closed down and I took advantage of all the close out sales. I bought two scrub face washes and hers aren’t harsh like wet sand but affective. I also got the large cylinder of capsules. They lasted forever. I totally would use half but other days I’d use the whole capsule because I like to bring my skincare down my neck and chest. I read an article as a teen about starting a anti aging routine in your 20s is appropriate. I cringe when I hear girls in their teens and 20s and they don’t use a separate moisturizer for the face. They use body 🧴😱 my mother has been slathering her face with moisturizers for as long as I can remember and she only wears literally blush and lipstick. She’s in her mid 60s and has better skin then I do now in my early 30s. She also always lathered my older brother and I in SPF when at a pool or the beach. Thanks mom for teaching me to take care of my skin. I have no acne but definitely have stubborn redness of the cheeks and nose but otherwise pretty good skin considering what it’s been through. God this is long. I’m so sorry. If you’ve made it this far god bless you lol but seriously I think EA doesn’t market to younger generations because their sooooo expensive. I love their Prevage line. Check out your local Marshals. That’s where I found a set of day and night time moisturizers with the eye cream all full size for like 25 or 30 bucks. That’s what I usually spend on a single eye cream. That’s a score if you ask me. Love the video. I subscribed 🤩
