Exsultate justi, Viadana | Credo at St. Luke's UMC Houston

Our chamber choir Credo performs Ludovico da Viadana's 17th-century motet "Exsultate justi" during worship on August 27, 2023.
Text and translation:
Exsultate justi in Domino, rectos decet collaudatio.
Confitemini Domino in cithara, in psalterio decem chordarum psallite illi.
Cantate ei canticum novum, bene psallite ei in vociferatione.
Rejoice in the Lord, O ye righteous, praise is fitting for the upright.
Give thanks to the Lord with the harp, with the ten-stringed psaltery sing praises to Him.
Sing to Him a new song, play skillfully with loud shouts of joy.
