Have you ever wondered what was the longest ski jump in history?
In this episode of Out of Bounds, I would like to present to you the evolution of the longest ski jump in history, now called ski flying.From modest beginnings in Norway at the beginning of the 19th century to the modern hyper technological competitions, follow me in a 200-year journey in the fascinating world of ski flying.

They've been ski jumping at Suicide Bowl, Ishpeming-Negaunee for about 125 years now. I personally attended 1985 meet.
I've seen Copper Peak, though not during competition ...
That is such an ominous name lol. Copper Peak must be awesome. I've personally been to Nagano and Albertville although there wasn't any meet when I went there.
