Living in Yame, rural Fukuoka Prefecture, in 1999, I recall sitting on a bus and having this same experience. When I refused to respond at all, we sat in awkward silence until the oyaji, without explanation, pulled a torso-length, unwrapped fish from inside his jacket (seemingly from his armpit) presented it to me wordlessly and left. To this day, I wonder how he explained this to his hungry wife.
There should be an anime about old man hitting on foreigners and trying to practice their English on them just to warn potential foreign Otakus about blindly moving to Japan, just to put their expectations in a more realistic light, lol.

Keep it up!
Dude, you're amazing man. I thought there was no way I'd be watching more than 2 mins but ended up watching the whole thing and wishing for more. Great job. Superb content. And even better delivery. Subed! Can't wait for more! 😄
Your sarcasm is great, the inner thoughts you add are a nice touch. Please, more cynical experiences for us to hear
"100 impromptu mini-dates with middle aged old mans" AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Simply brilliant! I can also proudly say that I understood the vast majority of it without looking at the subs.
11 hours of…pain
This is one of the funniest videos I've ever seen! Amazing work!
This video is Just a masterpiece! Can't get tired of watching it! Thanks Dogen 🙌🏾
There should be an anime about old man hitting on foreigners and trying to practice their English on them just to warn potential foreign Otakus about blindly moving to Japan, just to put their expectations in a more realistic light, lol.
ハハハ羽のついたライム LOL 素晴らしい表現力。聞き入りました。感動しました。
