Musette from the Anna Magdalena Notebook

The Musette in D, BWV Anh. 126 [possibly by Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach] as included in the so-called Anna Magdalena notebook of 1725. Transcribed for solo organ and recorded live in concert in March 2024 by James Kennerley, Municipal Organist for the City of Portland, Maine.
Played on the mighty Kotzschmar Memorial Organ at Merrill Auditorium in Portland, first built in 1912 by Austin, enlarged in 1928, and most recently renovated by Foley-Baker in 2012-14.
The entire suite lasts 9½ minutes and makes for an excellent concert or recital set.
