Can we just take a minute to thank the fiancée for asking the questions we're asking in our heads😂
YASSSS!!!
Omg YES!❤️🔥❤️🔥
YES IT'S SO AMAZING
He makes the vids even better!
yesss thats one of the reasons I love the format of these videos!
This woman CHOSE to leave her kids without any parents. This whole thing is actually evil. Thanks for covering this, Stephanie!
Was it determined whether he also had alcohol in his system? If he took his faith very seriously, he would likely have avoided alcohol, and if he’d never voluntarily consumed any, I can imagine him getting very sick from it. Then it might be even easier to slip him other things.
@@TaraWrites Stephanie mentioned that the wife made Eric a moscow mule the night he died, and moscow mule is an alcoholic beverage.
These murderers never think they'll be caught
Stephanie......I thought her name was Mango😅
@@christietimmreck-byrd7503ango is her dog’s name😁
Imagine she's already living THE life most of us dream about especially for a woman... Having a great husband who is successful, well-loved by people around him, knows how to manage his time between career and family and is so supportive of you who wants to build a name and career for yourself... Then just because of your greed you make everyone miserable especially your kids...
I am sure that anyone be it a woman or a man would want to live her life. She threw away what most people would die for.
I don’t think she’s miserable
the greed part is still weird to me because it's not like she had nothing, they were married and basically all their money was shared, so she was already loaded.... I mean, was she that narcissistic that she specifically wanted the money to be "hers and hers alone", that's beyond my comprehension
I will never understand this. 😭
I suspect it was more about power and control than greed. Tho greed played a role. Eric married a bully.
It's terrifying how she tried to kill him numerous times, and the fact that she created a book about grieving after purposefully murdering Eric makes my blood boil.
I feel so bad for the kids, especially because they've lost both their parents. I'm upset how she profited off of their feelings.
same it must be traumatizing
That’s a narcissist for ya
@@AstarionWifeyindeed
I feel bad for the dad more then anything
To be honest I dont mind them
losing their mother cause she's a witch and would probably either mistreat them or teach them to be as narcissistic and materialistic as her. I feel more bad that they lost their father who not only just inherited money but worked to build it even more instead of just spending his parents money.
The dad would have been a good role model but as for the mom I'm glad they lost her.
I am a widow and part of a widow's support group on Facebook. It is a great group of people who have lost their spouses. Everyone really supports each other there. This woman joined the group and was telling her story and shared the information about her book. She got a TON of supportive comments. I remember giving her post a heart and thinking how great it was that she was using her grief to help children with the loss of a parent. It makes me sick that she had the nerve to murder her husband and then take advantage of a community of grieving men and women for their support. How many of us would do anything to get our husband or wife back and her she took the life of her husband. So upsetting!
And her claiming there weren't any books for children to deal with grief was utter BS. She just wanted to cash in on her children's pain.
I am sorry for your loss ❤. Someone like Kouri doesn't deserve the love and support your group sent her.
Is she still on that group?
My deepest condolences 🙏
i am so sorry for you loss.Stay strong!
Here’s a tip: if you have someone in your family that you want to get NOTHING when someone passes away, you create a trust. Wills can be contested in court and very often refuted. Trusts are more ironclad. This information I bring to you directly from my own experience.
Kouri is suing the trust.
@@IzzyMariel you can sue a trust, I didn’t mean to make it sound like you cannot. But more than likely the judge will not rule in favor. These are words from a lawyer who deals in wills and family estates. I sound very bossy, read this in an upbeat manner with a bit of laughter in your voice. My family member chose to remove themselves from our lives and blame us for doing so when she was also the one that had inflicted years of pain and manipulation on my niece and nephew. She also has no care or reverence for family heirlooms of which we have a plethora so my mum went to a lawyer for help. And this is what she offered.
With a good and dirty enough lawyer, a trust can be broken.
My family set up a trust. My brother’s ex-wife, with very wealthy parents, tried to get half of my brother’s share. She failed.
As an insurance agent, I absolutely agree with you!!
Sorry if anyone has already posted this:
As of now, it’s been confirmed that Kouri bought the fentanyl she used to kill Eric from their former housekeeper. The housekeeper is apparently a known drug dealer, and confessed to her role in Eric’s death following her getting in trouble for a court-order violation.
Richard? Isn’t his name Eric?
@@citlali3507 Oops.
Wow!!!
Was the housekeeper aware she was using it to kill him?
I actually thought his name was Richard for a moment too, because the Mexican called him Rico @@citlali3507
The fact that in that interview she is putting up this front that she is helping her children get through grief when she is the reason why her children are in so much pain is pure evil. I’ve lost my dad too and it’s a pain that you can’t ever move forward with. My heart goes out to those three kids.
My sincerest condolences for you loss, I wish you peace of heart and mind. And i completely agree that interview gave me stomach aches she’s pure evil like Eric’s sister Katy said.
Same, I miss my Dear Dad everyday ❤️😞 I pray the kids get the support they need!
the fact that she tried multiple time to kill him and he stayed shows how much he loved her and she used her children as pawns
I think I’d consider him just an abuse victim because “love” hast to go both ways and without that it can’t be love. In this situation he was a victim not just love sick, abuse victims have a very hard time leaving their abuser and that’s what this makes me think of. I think that saying “he just loved her so much he stayed” diminishes his abuse and subsequent murder.
I would have divorced her ass. I just don’t understand why he stayed,
If he had divorced her, she would have almost certainly been given full custody of the children. At least initially, until he proved she was dangerous
He might have been a sucker who was just in love with a woman who wanted him dead. But I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say he was doing it for his kids.
@@kisha5772he was so inlove thats so sad bruh
@@shewolfinubakaI agree.
All psychologists state that being in an abuse long term relationship let alone MARRIAGE makes the abusee basically addicted to this person regardless of how dangerous they are/can be and most the time cannot tell that they are.
I actually kind of like how your fiancé is seated further away in this one, the way you tell the story to him AND us is really cool it feels like you're sitting around a table with friends because you're not just looking directly at the audience. And when he is further away like this it actually feels more real, like you're speaking to him and me. Very cool way to do it

I'm so sorry for your loss... I hope you have a life of only good from here on out. 🙏
She married the man, she even had children with him and she murdered him. I have no idea what was going on in her head but to kill your life-long partner and to purposely leave your own children fatherless is awful.
It was a marriage of convenience.
She wanted money, more money, a lot more money, as much money as possible. greed was in her head.
It was pure greed with no regards for her kids.
@@kisha5772Add maybe selfishness & delusional with a tinge of lunacy? Maybe she wanted attention too. Definitely twisted/two faced. It's more about her rather than her kids, or she's really sick mentally. It's not normal...

I'm so sorry for your loss ❤️ I could totally see my dad's dope head ass gf doing something like that to him. Thankfully he is clean and has been the last 5 years or so. I can't even imagine the anger you must feel towards her 😔
i always thought she recorded these podcasts looking towards the camera most the time but to realise that she faces her (soon to be) husband and engages with him is so wholesome and intimate i never realised how i noticed so late
You can always hear him interjecting a bit so I thought he was just generally in the background listening, but now it makes sense. It's like they're having a conversation and she's telling him a story. It makes sense she has a lot of emotions because she's literally telling him this story and you always show a lot of emotions when you're doing so. She asks questions and looks genuinely like she's asking someone, because she is! SO CUTE
i always just assumed he sat at her side which is why she never stared straight on at the camera 24/7

@@IdkFoxiiyour tolerance can change. And if they are buying on the street it can be cut to different strengths every time you buy. It could be weak most times they bought and then they buy some that is stronger than usual.
I had a friend die from fentanyl. She cut up a patch that you are supposed to stick on your skin. She cut it up and injected it. She had done it before but had recently got our of jail so her tolerance wouldn't have been as high. And you can't measure a patch..I doubt its distributed evenly across the patch.
I was addicted to heroin but I've always been too scared to try fentanyl. I even told her it's dangerous but she was one of those people who think they know everything. 😔 But she was only 22. I think the older you get the more you realise you don't know.

it's devastating to know how genuinely good this man was, not only as a husband, but as a father, and a human in general. he could have done so much more had he been given the opportunity to live his life, and the guidance he would have given his boys would have been invaluable. who knows how those boys will now view women after what their mom did to their dad. it's hard to know what this world lost in his death

Honestly if you were just taken in with the grieving mother act that was in the public I couldn't really blame you. It's a sad story on the face of it and I wouldn't say it is healthy for most average people to dig more into stories they hear all the time. There is too much sadness and pain in a lot of stories when dug into and I don't believe it is healthy at all for people to become that invested in every case they hear about. As someone who lives about 20 minutes from this story; I can tell you the way you described Eric is absolute accurate. I know exactly the kind of person he was and his family is. So much of what you described is cultural in Utah- particularly with large, wealthy mormon families, of which there are many. The ATVs, the extreme outdoor sports, the wild behavior (bear in mind drug and alcohol usage is strictly forbidden in the LDS religion) so we get a lot of 'zany' behavior from mormons who are trying to distinguish themselves from their conservative backgrounds, so lots of 'wild cards' if you will who just pull crazy stunts to show how fun they are. also, its pronounced kam (as in camera) mas (as in christmas).
crazy and sad story, I feel for their children.

As someone who once was in the same widow/er support group on Facebook, I felt so betrayed. She was sharing her story and promoting her book and she got a lot of support for it, just for now it to be a lie. I didn’t choose to be a widow, and losing my fiancé was one of the most heartbreaking days of my life just for someone to have the audacity to cause it. I would kill my mom personally if I found out she did that, but obviously they’re kids. But if genes are half and half they should have no problem killing her later (assuming they have her killer genes too). Revenge is allowed.

People really think having only two dominant parties made up of the richest of the rich and the connected of the connected as a democracy?
The whole idea of a democracy is that even an average person who's not well connected or part of a party has a real chance at becoming president. But when was the last time America had a president who wasnt part of the two parties?
I work at a pain management office. Our docs rarely ever prescribe Fentanyl. We do random urine testing on all patients on an opioid to see if the patients are taking them as prescribed. It’s sad that there are other docs out there that will give you a prescription and then not care what happens afterward. They don’t try to come up with a care plan or offer other types of treatments like injections.

From American Fork! I have a friend that knew her, no one seen this coming. Crazy to think theres people in our lives that could do such horrible ceimes. May he R.I.P. She's a conniving evil bitch. I hope she rotttts
skeptical, what do you mean?
So glad you went into detail about the rising drug addiction problem we are facing. There needs to be more awareness on this and how harmful it is
I'm sick 😫 covid sucks!
“Shut the front door” from your fiancé was so funny😅
I’m a new subbie and I have heard different versions of this story; however, there is so much I didn’t know that I have learned from this channel! Thank you for the extensive coverage! I also love the way that your Fiancé is asking questions that we are all asking ourselves!
I lost my dad when I was 16, he was 46 years old and he had a natural death. It will always be difficult to "get over" his death or my grandmother's. I can't believe there are people as cursed as this woman, this is painful.
I’m so sorry for your losses, it never goes away but it gets a little easier to carry with you as each day passes ❤ blessings and healing to you fellow commenter :)
My dad died too
Side note thank you Stephanie for also making sure to mention the fentanyl epidemic that has our young people in its grips and bringing attention to it 🙏🏻
I love how you honor the beliefs of the victims when telling these stories. Even when it’s not something everyone chooses or believes in, I love how you encapsulate the good and honorable beliefs of the victims- while talking. What an amazing soul you are. ❤
She is telling the story to fiance, we are just in the room LOL
One of my favorite things about your content is how much genuine love and appreciation you put into representing the victims in these cases. Sharing tidbits about their personalities and positive memories from friends and family helps keep their spirit alive in all of us. My heart goes out to his loved ones.
She definitely married him to kill him. This is so crazy. I hope she gets the maximum sentence. Eric looked like such a cool happy go lucky guy. She is a monster. I feel so bad for the kids.
Did Stephanie ever cover the Slenderman case? That case is so creepy. I can't imagine Payton ever feeling safe after what she went through.
YES SHE SHOULD
Omg I wish she does. That case is super interesting, but scary.
I think she already covered it, in her other channel stephanie soo.
@@fathimagonzales8739 does anyone know why she deleted so many of her old mukbangs?
I feel like that case was talked to death in media
I've worked in nursing since the mid 90's. My #1 clue that she did NOT try to perform CPR or she made no mention of the gases.
If he was gone long enough to be cold his eyes would've already begun clouding over & the gases that begin immediately building up, escape into the mouth of whoever begins mouth to mouth & chest compressions.
And I can tell you from 1st hand experience that this DEFINITELY happens with a fentanyl poisoning AKA overdose.
Our 30 yr old son was murdered with it & that's what the DA told us it's actually called, a poisonings. NOT only because of the fact that he had no idea his friend purposely slipped it into his mixed drink.
(They caught the guy & he was also charged with murder of a woman he killed the week prior the exact same way.
genuinely the second you said that she wrote this book because there was apparently "no books about grief for kids", i automatically thought "oh this was for popularity/fame." like i lost my dad as a baby and when i was old enough to read it i was given a book about death for kids called "the next place". im 24 and i still have it.
Ive been in therapy since i was 6 ive had docters with bookshelves i know for a fact there is PLENTY of books about grief so same lmao
The rage I felt after watching this video. As someone who (as a kid) lost their dad to an ACTUAL ACCIDENT, her pretending to be a struggling widowed mother makes me sick. Literally all for money. I’ve had to watch my own mother grieve and be a single mom for 18 YEARS after we lost my dad. I can’t imagine wanting to put yourself or your kids through that. I hope those kids get the help and treatment they need, and that they end up with a better support system after all of this :(
I hope you and your mother are doing better now ❤️, it is so wrong what she did just pure evil I swear
Your mom and you are so strong for getting through that. I lost my brother and I was lost for an entire 2 years. I can’t imagine how it felt to lose your dad😕❤️
the fact that she went behind his back to buy life insurance doesn’t sit well with me…. She screams jealous and greedy… my heart goes out to the family and Eric ❤️ may he rest in peace
No hunny
It screams Narcissistic Personality Disorder
“SHUT THE FRONT DOOR!” Lmaooo SO REAL. 😭
I love that’s he’s apart of what you’re doing yet we get to see you. It’s very refreshing like you’re explaining it to him and we are listening in 🫖💅🏾👑🏆✅you’re doing a great job telling us these stories are really saving lives and making sure we avoid pitfalls. 💋
heard this story so many times and it is still shocking. Love stephs way of delivering stories
OMG ITS JINNNN🫶🏽😇
This is my 1st time hearing this case, blows my mind
@@beomgiyuuI'm not tryna be rude but that's not jin it's jimin just tryna help ❤
@@nardeenyousif774 oh. HELP😭😭😭
@@nardeenyousif774 it was jin but i changed it to jimin
This is insane, how could she do that to her kids 🤢
For real Their father
Cheap loser of a greedy woman
You are So oooo entertaining…. I am binge watching all of your uploads. I have learned so much about foreign cultures, and details about insurance, real estate, drugs…… etc. You are a Fountain Of Knowledge. I am an avid Crime junkie, including Stephanie Harlow, Kimberleigha, Emma Kenny, the lawyer you know, court documentaries etc. You bring something different to the table. I appreciate your delivery, and that you speak so beautifully, and at an amazing speed! I just ❤ that!
honestly thank you so much for making this and being so kinda about it all, especially the religious stuff at the end and how sweet you were about saying. Thank you and gods speed.
Stephanie thank you for shortly talking about the Fentanyl Epidemic. My uncle was a victim to it.
So many people are unaware what is happening, thank you for spreading awareness!!
I don’t usually have the patience to listen to someone talk very long but I find myself binge listening to stories on here. I just recently found your site and I’m pretty amazed by how well you can paint the picture while telling a story. Well done. I subscribed.
When I sit and listen to your episodes I feel like we're friends just chatting. Keep doing what you do
Two random things: Your speaking voice is so beautiful and I love when you enunciate your "t's." Also I love this format of you telling these stories to your fiance. If this was creepy, not my intention! I just love details. Lol. Much love! ❤️
I lost my sister from fentanyl poisoning in Jan of 2022. She struggled with H and unfortunately there were 2 types of synthetic Fentanyl found in her system. I pray for all those involved in this case as well as our country as a whole ❤
My condolences to you and your family. May your sis rest in peace 😥

Stephanie just know we all appreciate your hard work on all your three channels
Indeed
Thank You for bringing such integrity, grace and light to these people, your empathy lets you tell their story so BeaUtifully ❤️🤲
I really love and appreciate your channel. I’m a groundskeeper for a golf course and I listen to you while riding my fairway mower. Great content!
anyone else waits religiosly for her videos and then evrytime get content by how amazingly she narratates a case?
You and me both😭🙌
literally me!! i just recently started listening to the videos and i have no regrets. i love her 😭🫶
I just found her and this girls amazing😂
She's good but I'm starting a channel and I'm the best!
There are people like her that walk, work and live among us. Covert dumpster fires all tightly wound up and hidden under smiles and lies.
That's a very scary thought.
Your fiancé is the real MVP, he always seems to quietly ask the little passing questions I always want to ask while listening, which I love love love! Ty ty MR mangobutt !
Ik it's not only me that heard" Shut the front door"😅😅
Steph I really do appreciate the amount of effort you put on your videos so keep up the amazing work ❤
Dad's dead and Mum killed him (allegedly) is definitely a heavy dose of trauma for those poor boys to grow up with.
Not allegedly
She was found guilty 😅😅
@@laurafabianmarrero She was officially found guilty? Stephanie just mentioned at the beginning that the case was still unfolding, just wanted to cover the 'allegedly' portion.
@@laurafabianmarreronot saying she in particular is not guilty but just because someone is found guilty or pleads guilty doesn't mean that they are guilty
won't somebody think of the "childern?" 😱
This case is very sad, but on a different note, it is so cute to me that your husband sits next to you while you’re telling the stories because I can almost imagine them quietly, listening to you speak😭💕
