I agree that the exterior isn’t that appealing but the interior make up for the outside. Luv the marble baths. Spacious interior. The outside view of the large garden was nice and could do for some landscaping. Great tour…
It looks like an office block with car park from the outside. Guessing the architect normally designs offices
Very smart and attractive property, all rooms a good size too. Not a fan of gold fitments in the bathrooms, I know fashion goes round in a circle but isn't gold a bit dated? Garden, impressive size but needs some TLC and landscaping

What about modernising his bbq area with table and chairs,griddle, pizza oven, jukebox for music, new fire pit area, and a lick of paint. Depends if you want to live in a field and walk 1 hour to the one and only shop or pub, or walk 15 minutes to anything you could want. Both have benefits
@@londonspade5896 for me London is not the best place to raise a family. It seems like a very congested place with a lot of violence. Plenty of other tremendous safer cities and towns in the UK with open country side on your doorstep without the silly house prices.
The finish on the outside brick work is very poor, for £2m I'd expect a lot better, has Persimmons built this house?
Looks like a Drs/Dentist/Accountant's office. Might give £250,000 because Id have to demolish it and build something that looked at least half civilised and domesticated.

The interiors are extremely poor and tacky. Ceilings low, which is a shame for what seems like a new building. Definitely not high-end finishes.
