Great! Thanks a lot. Just made it this morning. Result is excellent!!! Sweetened condensed milk 14 oz can, chocolate 12 oz pack, butter 2 tbsp and some nuts. In my microwave it was done in 3 minutes.
Great recipes and I love to make fudge . Just to add to make things a bit easier line the pan with plastic wrap. Leave some extra over the top makes it easier to pull out of pan. Sorry just seen the knife cutting in the pan. I love my cookware and my pits and pans. Just its so easy to ruin the non stick by cutting through the non stick coating. Have a great holidays everyone.
That's great I'm glad it worked out for you . Another easy thng to use is wax paper if you freze your fudge . I used it for making fudge for a holiday event. I needed to make alot of fudge over night . So I had to put the pans in the frezzer so they could set really fast . The way paper worked out really well and the fudge did not stick to the paper at all. Have a great weekend
Love all these fudge recipes! I made the Andes mint fudge & it was so delicious! Today I made a peppermint fudge using white chips & crushed red & green peppermints. It looks so festive! Can't wait to share it with family and friends. Merry Christmas to you and your family.
I made the regular chocolate fudge, made peanut butter fudge, and made peanut butter fudge substituting dark chocolate chips for white chocolate, tasted like Reese's.
My mama always made the cocoa, sugar and butter kind you cook on the stove and rush to get it into the pan before it ‘sets’ up. It was HEAVENLY and I made a Southern Living cake several times called ‘One Foot in the Fire Fudgecake’. It was covered in the same kind of fudge for frosting that almost makes a shell over the cake. It was a HUGE hit but NOT easy to make. This is the kind my family likes, smh! I love the kinds you have made here..they care creamy and soft and totally YUM! Thanks for sharing! (Maybe I will make some just for ME, heehee!)
I love the old fashioned kind. I think that recipe you described is the one my recently passed grandma made for us! I might attempt to make some to keep her Tradition alive!
So glad to run across your remark because I bought chocolate chips n vanilla frosting to make chocolate fudge...wish me luck, my 1st time ever at making fudge. The orange cream looks yummy as well but nobody has the orange flavor oils around where we live...so chocolate it will be and probably peanut butter also.
I love the "eat better, spend less" phrase ! it implies, at least to me a cookbook that has healthier foods, and it's fudge instead! MY KIND OF "BETTER" EATING. ( I will be making some of these for Christmas candy platters for my kids and grandkids. thank you for the video)
We used to get the most AWESOME 🍒 cherry chip sugar cookies from the King Sooper's store in Lakewood, Colorado, when I was a kid. Hadn't seen 🍒 cherry chips anywhere for years, so I looked on Amazon. They're QUITE EXPENSIVE, but for the holidays, I think it would be worth it to splurge a little. 🎉 I'm sure they'd work for fudge. I don't see why not!! 😊
I'm really enjoying these short recipe videos Tawra and Mike :) Is Dave taking the photos of the food, if so he's doing a great job! Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas this year :-D
So dark chocolate chips melted with vanilla frosting should turn out as choc fudge....right??? I will post how it goes later. Im always nervous when I try a new thing especially when it only 2 ingredients...always thought it was a difficult task making fudge...wish I lnew this yrs ago...lol
Hello mam your recipes are aaawwwwsome seriously.... I have one issue.... Whenever I make molded chocolates by using readymade chocolate slab... After removing it from the modles, after 2 to 3 hours the chocolate leaves water and looses it's shapes Please help me with a solution... And what should I do to preserve this chocolate for more days....
cant wait to make these on Christmas . except im going to make dark chocolate (my boyfriends personal one) , milk chocolate (for us both) and white chocolate (,mines all miness !!!)
on the peanut butter fudge you said 1 can condensed milk 1 bag white chips and you spooned out the peanut butter from the jar but you did not say how much? is it .
Your awesome!! This video is great! fast and super easy! Thank you. I don't have much time usually to bake let alone watch videos lol This video is really good so thanks!😉
Sorry but you say not to use less than 12 oz of chocolate but how big is your can of condensed milk I have two different size cans I don't know how much condensed milk you used to the 12 oz of chocolate
Hey Tawra, do you know anything about whether kitchen aids contain lead like I’ve been hearing from Lead Safe Mama? Any intel on it? I’m scared to use it now 😭

Red Pill Patriot Excellent advice. Thank you so much 👍.

I like the one can of vanilla icing and one jar of peanut butter microwaved for one minute each better for the easy peanut butter fudge. It's delish!
I use peanut butter chips and it works great, it's my son's favorite.
TY for these recipes! Homemade candy/fudge is a wonderful gift at Christmas time! ❤

How much butter and how much peanut butter do you add? All the other ingredients you said the amounts.
It's in the recipe in the description.
2 cups (12 0z.) of peanut butter chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
2 Tbsp. butter (optional)
@@LivingOnADime thank you so much!

no but it is faster
Easier peanut butter fudge.. 1 can sweetened condensed milk + 1 bag of reese's peanut butter chips
This is the kind I make as I hate white chocolate...
on the peanut butter fudge you said 1 can condensed milk 1 bag white chips and you spooned out the peanut butter from the jar but you did not say how much? is it .
Parchment paper works a lot better than plastic wrap just saying

Sorry but you say not to use less than 12 oz of chocolate but how big is your can of condensed milk I have two different size cans I don't know how much condensed milk you used to the 12 oz of chocolate
RIP that nonstick pan
Hey Tawra, do you know anything about whether kitchen aids contain lead like I’ve been hearing from Lead Safe Mama? Any intel on it? I’m scared to use it now 😭
No I don't use one. I haven't heard anything about it.
Omg how much peanut butter??? I have my bowl in the microwave and have no clue
To make the peanut butter fudge you use peanut butter chips instead of chocolate.
One thing all these recipes forget the good liqueur is the secret
omg you did not just use that knife in the nonstick pan....
I did and it lived to tell about it.
What size for the condensed milk? Mine did not turn out the well!😂😂😂
You didn't use a 12 oz. bag of chocolate chips.
@@LivingOnADime nope. My wife pointed it out to me last night. I used evaporated milk. Oooops. Thank you.
Why don’t you list the ingredients please? 🙏
It's right there in the description.
Not homemade
