Dave, Thanks for your hard work and for creating this switch panel. I just recently purchased a 2007 Sequoia and it's tough trying to find accessories for it. This will help me out a ton as am starting to build mine out a bit.
Also where are you located? I'm up in Thornton and use my 100 series to wheel and my Sequoia for extended camping.
This is awesome! If you could figure out a phone / accessory mount design you’d be a legend in the first gen community
I was originally going to do a 1” Ram ball in place of the stock switch/sensor location, but wasn’t sure how it would be on leverage with a phone there. I’ll have to see what I can think of since I have similar issues. I throw my phone upside down in a cup holder or in that center tray but it slides around.
@@adv_mnd I installed the OWL Media Mount into the stock sequoia radio and it works great. I have this same set-up for my 100 series but that's a lot easier to install. With the sequoia stock radio you will need to take the whole thing apart to remove the cassette internals and install the mount. It takes about an hour, just be patient and it solves the phone mount. You are able to attach a 1" ram ball and or you can mod it in a way to have your phone and and iPad mount attached to it. I have pics on mud for this install.

I’ve only been focusing my time on creating things I plan to use myself. I’m hoping to design a front bumper. Unfortunately, I also don’t have those lights to use as mock up to design a bezel.

Fortunately I still get to see the 4Runner every once in awhile. I sold it to a friend. I do miss it at times!

I assume you’re referring to some kind of an accessory mount for above the radio? I’ve been trying to figure out a way to do a no-drill option. Still haven’t really thought of anything good yet. It’s been on my mind though for sure.

The link should all be good now. I was rebuilding my website and just got it live enough to download the file. Had to travel for the holidays and then was down with Covid, so just was able to get it all back up
Will this panel fit in the 1st gen sequoias with the pocket bin?
I think they are the same, but not sure as I didn’t have that configuration. I put the dimensions of the outside of the Panel if you want to see if they are the same.
any way you'd make a file without the hole for the aux beam and add in more switch panels?
I might make some other designs in the future, but not at this time. Assuming you mean the factory style opening, There’s some people out there making ones like you want. How do you like the kendas so far ? How does it perform in the snow / dry-grip ?
I’m very happy with them so far. They grip way more than my 2nd gen Tundra on Falken AT3W. I know weight plays a roll in there, but I’ve been impressed.
Anyone know if this will work on a 2003?
It should be the same on all first gens, but I haven’t tested it myself. The link for download has dimensions on one of the product images. If that matches, it should work.
