Nice work. I have an 03 sequoia the last year. 1st upgrade I got was the exact same tires and size with bilstein5100 all around with ome springs. Also got mine done at Klean rides shop. Mine didn’t rub until I’ve messed around with the antenna. Now it rubs the exact same spot as yours while full lock reversing. Planning on changing the LBJs as well as the water pump/timing belt.

Gen 1 Sequoia (and Tundras) are hidden gems of the Toyota family. Although a lot less hidden than they used to be! Great choice. Id suggest you replace those LED headlights with mini projectors, HUGE difference. LEDs in stock housings are terrible for light scatter.
@@JHBtheIV I've heard that, but these don't seem to be TOO bad the worst part of these is the side to side adjustment on the passenger side is a little broken and doesn't like to work so it throws light just a bit too far to the right. @@BigTreeLander Appreciate that! I thought the standard LED bulbs were okay too, until I installed the mini projectors to compare them, and I realized how terrible light output actually was with the standard LED bulbs. Thank you! The wheels are -12 offset (not sure of the backspacing). I know with a 0 offset you start running into issues with rubbing on the upper control arm, so I went with -12 to prevent it. The rubbing is just a Toyota thing I guess 😂

Nice rig! Question, have you or anyone you know had experience with a sequoia having lower ball joint issues? The design creates a situation where a worn out lower ball joint can separate the lower control arm. Wheel flops under the rig in most cases.
