N64 is actually impressive, considering that's all through a limited cartridge.
Yea, but besides the dreamcast it was the most powerful of the big late 90's consoles, its power has helped it to age better in graphics than the psx
You got to think the ps1 was the first 3d and was 32 bit and 2 years later is when all the other companies caught up so the n64 is technically next gen compared to the ps1
N64 was undrivable compared to ps1
@@stefanteillers3182 I play the game currently on N64 all the time. If it's undrivable, I guess I have mad skills. I play a lot of simulator racers though, and to me, it still had a steep but rewarding learning curve, as the most realistic sims usually do.

The n64 F1 game is my all time favorite racing Sim. I still play it.

Creo que el hecho de que la Dreamcast se vea tan bien es injusto, pues la Dreamcast es una consola de sexta generación, mientras que el Play y el N64 son de quinta generación.
No, por qué N64 siendo de 5ta en realidad es de 5.5, salió 3 años después que la primera máquina de 5generacion y 2 antes que la primera de 6ta.
En cuanto a control Dreamcast es de 5.5 por qué usa estándares de la 5ta generación.
Ahora sí comparas las 3 solamente 1994 PSX- 1996 N64- 1998 DC.
Es tan injusto comparar la N64 con Dreamcast que comparar a la PSX con la N64.
La PSX hay que compararla con Saturn, jaguar y 3DO, si queremos ser justos.
De las mencionadas solo Saturn le da algo de guerra a la PSX cuando era bien explotada.

First off, the N64 was released 2 years after the 1st 5th generation console the first being the Saturn in Japan, or if your talking about North America, 1994 with the release of the PlayStation. We don’t really count other competitors that didn’t do as well like the 3do. You don’t count the Ouya as an 8th generation console or else the Logitech G Cloud would be a part of the 9th generation. 2nd, Nintendo used a Silicon Knights chip that was available to Sega by the time of the Saturns release so it doesn’t matter that it came later. Oh and there was a RAM expansion pak that gave it 4 mb of extra RAM which is what he probably used to capture this footage. 3rd, the Dreamcast is the 1st 6th generation console with the PS2, Xbox and GamCube. The Dreamcasts Graphics back me up on that.

@@Pavvzz La Dreamcast fue la primera de sexta generacion, asi que no tenia competidor, pero fue desbancada cuando aparecieron sus competidores, tales como la PlayStation 2. Y por cierto, la Switch es de novena generacion, pero Nintendo en si ya no compite por la superioridad.

Yeah, I would love to see what it could do if they kept making games for it. I mean, Soul Calibur is just amazing 🤤 I know some games are still being released in Japan but they're made by small teams, not big studios.

Dreamcast was released in 1999 in North America. I hope it looks better than the others lol. I think the Dreamcast competition was more the original Xbox and the ps2. Which is why it pretty terribly.

n64 vs psx. There was a debate a discussion. Dreamcast ended the discussion. If you look at both ps1 and n64. You both see the strenghts and weaknesses over each. When ps1 could hide the pixelation it could look better then n64. So much more texture detail.
I love the 3 consoles, but that i prefer is dreamcast version

I had both and loved the n64, but ps1 had some amazing games, i never cared about the pixelation, it was gameplay. Graphically, N64 had some muddy textures, blurry, color was dull on some games vs ps1. The Ps1 load times though my goodness, i hated it vs n64 it was boom time to play.
This game had no load times on N64 that in its day was impressive

The dreamcast was released in 1998, the PS2 was in 2000, that means the PS2 is 2 years younger than the Dreamcast which is the same age difference as the Dreamcast vs the N64 (1996), the PSX (1995) which is a 3 year difference, which is the same age difference between the OG Xbox and GameCube both released in 2001.

Cause playstation did better terms of sales grabbing rpg market, fighting games, 64 had ocarina of time, goldeneye, donkey Kong, mario64 , killer instinct gold, mortal kombat 4.. I name a few so you or anyone can't say I'm a fan boy, cause I had all 3 systems til I got a playstation 2 in 2001 was a better upgrade overall at that time no streaming or Netflix, DVD players we're expensive 👍👍
