Just a quick little recipe on how I make my sweet mashed potatoes. Using some simple ingredients like butter, salt, and brown sugar. Hope you enjoy!

@@mamaseasykitchen ty, not always time or remember to bake ahead lol, but good to have quick and easy in back pocket 👍, baked not as moist so they soak up all the goodness more. Both beat instant potatoes which was my fast and easy at times😲

Are you using unsalted butter?
Yes. All my recipes are used with unsalted butter.
I bet just plain mashed sweet potatoes taste maybe just as good as the baked ones. Right maybe?
How long and what heat do you use to cook them?
Bring to a boil on high heat..reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes
