You won't find those as listing online but if you're ready to hunt I have seen people who think that S30Z/240Z are just old Japanese cars like a Corolla and would sell you one for 5K or so, if one isn't even working due to a damaged part (not engine) even better. Remember hearing about one for like 500$ cuz the guy wanted it off his property as the HOA were being assholes about it. It got bought and then rusted panels were replaced and fixed and now runs a LS Twin turbo
if memory serves the Yoshida Specials 930 (real life version of the Blackbird) got confiscated after the owner was arrested for scamming a dealership with promises that he could import a LaFerrari, which is both ludicrous and damn near impossible. the Hosoki S130’s (the real life inspiration for the Devil) fate I think is currently unknown, but I believe the owner is still alive and kicking. I can find just about every mod down to the ECU but nothing on where it currently resides. I forget the exact mods on Akio’s Z but the Hosoki S130 has been bored and stroked to 3.1L, forged pistons, what seems to be twin turbos, GT-R brakes with race spec Supra rotors, and 9 inch wheels+whatever tire size on the back. A Japanese magazine interviewed the owner and did a speed test in which it reached an excess of 215mph, after which it was discovered that it was only running on 5 out of its 6 cylinders.
Now I have the perfect song to play when I finally get my dream car. I always wanted to have a 240z and since I live in Germany I can legally drive it to its full potential.
This is the stuff we lose when UA-cam cracks down. I can't condone wanton piracy, but this combination of the audio and visual surely adds so much "value" to our experience.

The thing I love about both Wangan and Initial D are that they don't idolise the "ricer" aspect of JDM cars, yeah they might add body kts and up the engines, but they dont drop the car to within the thickness of a piece of paper off the ground with high camber wheels, they keep the cars nice.

Linas Vaičiukynas It was heavy. That was it’s main problem, the Porsche was light and was a 6 and turbo. The Datsun was fast stock but modded could maybe beat a Porsche (and when I say could maybe I mean it)
