With these size splits, I was able to get away with every 30 mins or so. The draw is surprisingly good but could use more and would like to use larger splits but for this size firebox, that's what I've come up with. Best of luck and happy smoking out there. 😎

How long you smoked the butt and what temp you kept it at
I like to target 275 on this cooker becuase it seems to like that area. I would prefer 250 to start but managed to run 275 most of the way.
