Sup Everett.....great Brisket experiment brother.....Tommy from The Gallery Backyard BBQ did a Smash Burger called the Molly Burger with only seasoned with brown sugar...I tried it and the Burger was crazy good. I can't try Brisket it not readily available here....but you can try the Molly Smash Burger and compare the taste. Great content brother. Cheers 🍻
