A huge change for me was cutting out caffeine completely...after a month of no caffeine I started to feel very relaxed but with more energy than when I was on caffeine. And my sleep is now incredible. Mindfulness also helped boost my activity. Books like "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels and the Tao Te Ching were nice.
Impressive transformation! Cutting out caffeine for calm vibes and embracing mindfulness - sounds like a winning combo. Any other life-changing habits or books you'd recommend for those looking to embark on a similar journey of relaxation and energy? ☕🚫📚
The fort of quiting caffeine is giving me a hedache 😂. But still I reliese it needs to be done
Caffeine helps with dopamine
God how did you get over caffeine headaches? Every time i forget coffee/energy drinks my head feels like it’s splitting down the middle
@@TheOverThinker95 When I got down to one small cup of coffee, I then went down to half a cup, then a third cup, and was actually drinking a tablespoon of coffee at the end, and after the tablespoon...decaf coffee for about a week...by that time my brain and body were already adjusting to low to no caffeine. If you do that method, be religious about measuring it out, because if you get down to a tablespoon of coffee but then say "two tablespoons will be ok" it won't really work, never go back up in measurement. I had to do this because I'm very caffeine sensitive. This allows the brain and body to adjust without the intense headaches.

Connecting with nature, is one of the absolute best forms of enhancing dopamine and overall well being. Also learn frequently.
Nature's the ultimate mood booster! How do you incorporate nature into your routine, and any favorite learning methods or resources that keep your dopamine levels high and your well-being thriving? 🌿📚🌞
Absolutely true! Ever since moving to the country side life’s been so much better more relaxing overall! I go for daily jogs and walk in nature it’s so beautiful and nice! At our channel we celebrate 🎊 incorporating nature and animals for optimal happiness!
These are really good.
I see a counselor for depression. She talks about my low dopamine levels.
One thing that concerns me is you used to find balance on television. There were the Hawaiia 5os and Mission Impossible but they balanced out with F Troop, Carol Burnett. Westerns like The Big Valley my favorite show..) were more relaxed. They even dealt with Earthquakes in an easier manner. I actually was in a major earthquake that made the news. It is done in a way where you walk away refreshed rather than wanting to go out and kill yourself.
Today it’s all about violence or reality tv. Some of these are good. My problem is the lack of balance.
I don’t even own a television. I watch Hallmark channel on my little Echo show. I have insomnia. I have had quite the stressful and needing to upset my sleep schedule week. Sure enough there came a night when I was wide awake and couldn’t get back to sleep. I always have the echo show right by me at night. I stayed in bed and watched the Hallmark channel. That put me back to sleep.
Most modern day humor is not humor at all although there are exceptions. Jay Leno was really funny and did political humor well.

Serotonin is the happiness hormone. dopamine is pleasure and it takes from the happiness
Dopamine is the pleasure seeking hormone thats why we get a thrill from chasing something or looking forward to a event, your correct serotonin is the happy hormone,
It’s right comment , big difference between happy and pleasers , pleasures may be coming in wrong way , happy come in right way,,the physiology of these neurotransmitters is different
THANKS🙏 SIR.
Thanks.

CINNOMON = BEATS DEPRESSION
someone please write a lucid summary in pointers
When it comes to dopamine, it's not necessarily that people are struggling to produce enough of it in the modern day, it's actually that we produce _too much_ of it constantly then the brain blocks some of its receptors to cope. So, when we later do things that used to give the correct amount of dopamine the brain doesn't have enough active receptors because it's been forced to block them during long periods of extremely stimulating activity. But fortunately, this is reversible (should note however, ADHD is not --- having a low number of total receptors is different from having the correct number but some temporarily blocked).
Say you're constantly on social media, so your brain produces around 50 A.U of dopamine for 16 hours straight. Also say the normal amount is around 20 A.U. To return to the normal amount, your brain blocks some receptors, so now it only takes in 40% of the dopamine it receives. Then, you decide one day to start painting, giving an average of 20 A.U. dopamine. To be able to absorb all of that efficiently, the brain would need to use all of its receptors --- but some of them are blocked thanks to social media usage. This results in you taking in 4 A.U of that dopamine --- less than the 20 A.U baseline --- because you don't have enough unblocked receptors. This causes painting to feel unfulfilling especially if done without music or social media at the same time. That's why people continue to rely on high-dopamine tasks.
It takes a _long_ time of consistently doing low-dopamine tasks to solve the problem. It can even take months.
I'm not using exact figures, hence "A.U". I'm just explaining the concept to illustrate the general idea.
The word is fun. Find something fun to do. It'll make u happy.
Make a video on flow state
Usually very happy people cause stimulus sometimes trouble with those Negative
TACOS = HAPPY
Right in a way 🤣
i love mai so muchh❤️❤️
Could constant downward fluctuations of dopamine levels lead to dementia since if dopamine is a neurotransmitter we might end up with a gradual decease of our neurons just like we can no longer survive without enough fluid intake into our cells?
Nope. Serotonin is a happy hormone. Dopamine is a pleasure hormone.
Pleasure can cause happiness
@@JoeBran-v1b No. Happiness is a much deeper sense of wellbeing. Happiness can induce pleasure. Happiness is not "okay I feel good". Nope, it's pleasure. Happiness is like accepting and living in peace with ourselves, feeling the unity with others, understanding our life's goals and living with greater transcendental knowledge etc.

Surprised not much on the REM cycles ?
Im depressed mentally, please help me😢😢😢😢😢
It may be time to reach out to a psychiatrist or psychologist rather than any one person here.
Start off by connecting with nature as much as possible. Everything else will start to fall into place from there.
Go to the gym, set a goal and go after it. Seek knowledge and connect with god and think about the meaning of life (Islam has the best answers for that). Find a purpose in life and Speak good about yourself. Be confident about what you do and build you self esteem. Be a good person to yourself and to others, as spiritually your Familie.
Live is short, drop all the baggages. Sleep early, sleep well, eat well, dress well, stretch, exercise and find someone to talk to everyday.
Hope u are well, praying and e
Xcercising and talking to God about ridding you of depression

Happy Hormone or Pleasure Hormone?
I think any of them will do. 😃
@@NinaAndrew-fp1sd Pleasure is short term, happiness is long term. Pleasure is visceral, felt in the body. Happiness is ethereal.
Meny need dopamine hahaha 🤣🤣🤣
