@@aronicus. However, Richard can never really show off his extraordinary talent with Rammstein. After all, he is a trained jazz guitarist. And Olli on bass is a monster. He always comes up short too.
The song also was credited by American journalists as one of the influences behind the Columbine High School massacre due to the opening words of the song(“You, in the schoolyard, me, ready to kill”)and that Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold were Rammstein fans. In response, the band issued this statement:
“The members of Rammstein express their condolences and sympathy to all affected by the recent tragic events in Denver. They wish to make it clear that they have no lyrical content or political beliefs that could have possibly influenced such behavior. Additionally, members of Rammstein have children of their own, in whom they continually strive to instill healthy and non-violent values.”
The media always loves to poke and point fingers at things that can be seen as wrong and evil, I mean rammstein were accused of being nazis so many times that one of the members picked up his kid from school and the kid asked "dad, are you a nazi?".
Which must have been so awful especially considering that these guys are such an opposite to that but because of their appearance people would just throw it at them and say they were influencing younger fans.
I watch some violent and horrific stuff and am a huge rammstein and slipknot fan so I listen to disturbing stuff too, but I know the difference between right and wrong, peace and love etc but people like me get pushed aside for the evil people in the world to take centre stage and sell stories.
I just cant imagine how horrible it wouldve been to hear about columbine and then read an article blaming you and for that split second think "shit, did we make that happen" when nothing could be further from the truth.
Basically if all it takes to make you kill people is one line from a song, you're messed up in the head way before that.

FYI: Rammstein will release the firts single/music video, of their next album tomorrow 17:00 CET. The single & album will be called "Zeit", which means "Time". There are some teasers on their social media platforms already, they look very promising.

Rammstein’s keyboardist Christian “Flake”Lorenz.. is known for the unusual dance he would do when Weißes Fleisch was performed live. Also, there are unofficial recorded lives of this song, where it is extended with instrumentals and it lasts almost 9 minutes. It was played like this only at the beginning of 1996.

Weißes Fleisch is about assault and rape. Till Lindemann once said in an interview that he received a letter from a girl who was raped thanking him for making the song.
"'She wrote that she could identify with the song, that was also in the index for a short while. I spoke about rape while she couldn’t. She had grown up with the idea that she had to keep that period from her youth a secret, and couldn’t tell anyone. Through my song, she understood she could talk about it. She was so grateful I had written that song. I still don’t understand what people get so excited about.'"

The word "Fleisch"can mean both "meat" and "flesh" it depends on what your talking about. Here it would mean "flesh" because your talking about a human being.
Ex. In the song Tatoo "Wenn der Schmerz das Fleisch umarmt" translates to "when the pain embraces the flesh" because they are talking about tattoos.
In the song Allesfresser "Schieres Fleisch, die häute fein..." Translates to "fresh meat, the fine skins..." Because their talking about eating meats like lamb, chicken etc.
