Ariel Wainzinger and there is Laibach.... These bands are fun too, but nothing like Rammstein. The production, the sound, the theatrics, the recognition... simply not comparable if you are honest ;)
Rammstein is not only the biggest band in Germany, but also one of the biggest bands in the world. So no other German band brings the energy these guys bring
Great react, Swaggy! It was Richard that did the solo, but it's all good. You're still getting familiar with the guys. If you'd like to hear another awesome guitar solo by Richard, check out their song Donaukinder or Liebe Ist Für Alle Da. Freaking great, man. Keep it up, my guy, you're doing great! 👍😁👍🤘😝🤘
Swaggy, just for fun! Try "Mein Land" btw Drums:Christoph"Doom" Schneider, Guitar: Richard Kruspe (right), Paul Landers (left), Christian "Flake" Lorenz, Bass: Oliver Riedel, Voc: Till Lindemann
Richard’s the emo one, Paul’s the little one. Also, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a performance where Richard wasn’t on Till’s left or Paul wasn’t on Till’s right.
This is a metal subgenre called "neue deutsche Härte". There are few other Bands, like Megaherz, Eisbrecher, Oomph!, Eisregen, Samsas Traum But if you want an other great german Band I recommand Powerwolf perhaps the song Stossgebet.
If you want bands with a similar sound to Rammstein, check out Ruoska and Oomph! Unfortunately, they're performances aren't nearly as crazy as Rammstein's, but the sound is similar.
Please check out *Knorkator - Ma Baker - Live at Wacken Open Air 2014 *, they're also from Germany & got a pretty crazy stage performance as well, and their singers got great voices. This song is even in English. It's a cover of Boney M's Ma Baker. I guarantee you'll dig these guys as well.
Weißes Fleisch (White flesh) Weißes Fleisch is the third single on Rammstein's first album. The song is about the rape of a young woman; after releasing the song, a woman wrote to Till expressing her gratitude that he brought a pressing issue into the spotlight as she herself was raped.
If you want to know more german musik like this i can recommend a lot. For example this 3, you can react to it. But they are more electronic made and more harsh and not that mainstream or famous. - Centhron f.e.: ua-cam.com/video/AesheYYg3-U/v-deo.html - Hocico (they are originally from brazil, but one of them lives in germany, so kind of german band) f.e.: ua-cam.com/video/Nt0ILIx-Bac/v-deo.html - Agonoize (very brutal band. I met the frontman also randomly at my nearest suburban train station in Berlin once) f.e.: ua-cam.com/video/rNAz9VZGuRo/v-deo.html
Die Puhdys feat. Till Lindemann "Wut Will Nicht Sterben". FUCKING AMAZING SONG. And the guitars will definitely give you that stank face! It's not a live version, but trust me, it's damn good.
What is important, that you never take lyrics literally. You take them i little sarcastic and if you translate them they might be even deeper than you think on the second look. They have always provocative parts, but that is intended. The songs are spoken from the view of another person and not from the singer himself. Especially when they talk about subjects like cannibalism or rape or things like that. They also have really deep lyrics in a lot of their songs that one might think for a longer time. He writes poetry besides making music and is the son of a famous german poet. Rammsteins art is to confront inner fears and anxieties a lot of tiems though.
You should see Rammstein Deutschland Offiziell Video! 10min track about Rammstein. The music video is very crazy and about german history. See that, please!
John Bonham of Led Zeppelin has a 10 minute drum solo in "Moby Dick." He is The King of Drumming. BTW, I read somewhere that Rammstein goes to therapy sometimes to keep the band healthy and communicating.
Richard is on youtube saying so. He says they have therapy every week, because being in a band is like a marriage without sex, and sex solves a lot, so they have therapy instead. I am not sure he was serious though, he likes to take the piss, but as Till says "it is a job", so they might- being German- optimise their effectiveness by therapy.
Also, I do not think there is room in Rammstein for a ten minute solo- they are simply not that kind of band, but according to Till, Christoph are on that set eight to ten hours a day, so he would probably have the ability to.
@@PalleRasmussen Therapy every week is a lot! Maybe they're brief check-ins with each other to make sure they're on the same page mentally. I think it's awesome. If all bands did that we'd have so much more great music by great bands.
Well, as you can easily see, I´m from Germany. "Weisses Fleisch" means White Flesh (or in this connotation: Skin). You should really check some translations of Till Lindemanns Texts, cause they all are poetic and full of double meanings.
Next up on your list is "Wollt Ihr Das Bett In Flammen Sehen?" (Do you want to see the bed in flames?) I recommend you react to the Paris Live video, here's the link: ua-cam.com/video/vqnk9HWbKRA/v-deo.html Keep up the Rammstein reactions man, these are awesome!
Love your reactions, my friend! Eisbrecher has a similar sound to Rammstein, but not quite the same stage presence. If you want great drumming, look no further than Epica - their drummer is INSANE! And for cool live performances, check out In This Moment. I've seen them twice and their shows are always a blast!
You could try a German Band called Guano Apes, they are not as heavy as Rammstein but still some heavy tracks, they were quite popular around the mid 90's around the same time as Rammstein. I think first listen could be Lord of the Boards (ua-cam.com/video/2yfwePfD-iU/v-deo.html) and work from there. Good job with your channel.
you did pretty good with pronouncing the title .. german can be a bitch for englisch speaking people - not from germany but austria 🤟🏻 been listening to them for 15 years now.. i'm 23 btw hahah another insane drummer is joey jordison and jay weinberg (both) from slipknot (old and new drummer)
ua-cam.com/video/Uumxv_t5reo/v-deo.html Cesar zuiderwijk from the dutch band The Golden Earring. In 2011 werd Radar Love door de kijkers van het Britse televisieprogramma Top Gear uitgeroepen tot 'The Best Driving Song Ever'. Cesar is now 72 years and the clip is from 2017
As far as a live show there is no other band like Rammstein. None! Musically Megaherz and Stahlhammer. From Megaherz react to Das Tier and Kaltes Grab. Richard is the lead and Paul is the rhythm.
There is no other band like Rammstein, Rammstein is on a completely different level and it was Richard zk who played guitar solo :)
That’s right. There is nothing comparable to Rammstein out there...
Ariel Wainzinger and there is Laibach.... These bands are fun too, but nothing like Rammstein. The production, the sound, the theatrics, the recognition... simply not comparable if you are honest ;)
Richard Kruspe is lead guitar, the drummer is Christoph "Doom" Schneider
Paul Landers- left guitar
Richard Z Kruspe -right guitar (solo)
Christoph 'Doom' Schneider -drums
Ollie Riedel -bass guitar (on the rear left side)
I was on the floor laughing when you saw "Flake" start dancing !
he's learning so fast :,) first he said rammstein correctly and he said weißes fleisch correctly 👏🏼👏🏼
It’s “Rum-shtine” but he’s pretty close
Yes, Swaggy is by now one of us
Love you Swaggy!
Flake connects with people worldwide, even with his goofy ass moves. :D
Hes quite a character, the dynamic he and Till have is pretty unique.
Look up the band "Lindemann", it´s Till´s own project. You will maybe be disturbed but it´s entertaining anyway.
I think that's his intention. To bring shock, to bring the wow and he certainly does that. His porn films are probably his biggest omg
@@jackieelizabeth8614 You´re probably right.
"Steh auf" is a masterpiece.. the lyrics, the music.. i love it
Rammstein is not only the biggest band in Germany, but also one of the biggest bands in the world. So no other German band brings the energy these guys bring
Go listen to "Mein Herz Brennt" Live version. It's a kick ass song!
And the Piano Version, too!
I've seen that one...good song
@@autumnphillips151 But the live version of it, with Flake playing the Piano.

Watch "Sonne" Music video from Rammstein or "Ohne dich", they are great! 😉 greetings from Europe 😉

Came here to say that lol, Paul is the short one
Richard’s the emo one, Paul’s the little one. Also, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a performance where Richard wasn’t on Till’s left or Paul wasn’t on Till’s right.

6 and a half minutes in: This is normal so far
Me: wait for it
I love how happy you are moving your head, it’s nice to see someone that likes rammstein 😎👊
You might like Lordi, they are a band from Finland. Particularly check out their Eurovision performance which they won in 2007.
I speak zero FUCKING German....that changed listening and interpreting Rammstein....now I'm obsessed 😁
When I hear Swaggy call Richard Paul........... You are forgiven, because you make great Rammstein vids!
This is one of my favorites, especially this performance!
such a good reaction - the paused pic with Flake said it all - greetings from germany
Till has learned that killing Flake doesn't work, but if you slowly zombie-walk at him, he'll scuttle back to his keyboards.
Himmel, Arsch, und Zwirn, by Eisbrecher, live at Circus Krone, the only other performance by a German band that comes close to Rammstein.
If you want bands with a similar sound to Rammstein, check out Ruoska and Oomph! Unfortunately, they're performances aren't nearly as crazy as Rammstein's, but the sound is similar.
How I wish I could be you, listening and viewing these songs for the first time
I love this song...so dark and sick
Just love how much you enjoy RAMMSTEIN. Keep up the good work Swaggy 😎❤
Oomph! was pretty good and a little similar, they had a song called “Augen Auf” that was a lot of fun
Check out the Drummer Jukka Nevalainen in Nightwish - Ghost love Score XD or Kai Hahto from Nightwish too. Kai is the new Drummer.
I like this band...surprisingly. I'm 60 lol. They are both creepy and entertaining!
Banjo Odessy by The Dead South.... It's just plain fun. You'll love it
I love your reactions of Rammstein ❣️👄❣️🥰🥰🥰
I love youre Videos. Greetings from 😍 germany. And i love rammstein ❤
Dobře to děláš Rammstein je nejlepší

yes!
Funniest thing when he saw flake dance
Perhaps give Sabaton (a gig in Poland should be a good start) and something like Nightwish - Ghost Love Score (live) a chance
YES PLEASE to both!
Schneider is an AMAZING drummer but you should check out the Godsmack live drum battle. Saw it live and it was amazing!!!
Weißes Fleisch (White flesh)

Rammstein is one of only!
The famous "FLAKE Dance". He is just bored to stand on the Keyboard when he has nothing to play. So he can do such little creepy things. Hahaha. ;)

I would have to be so drunk to dance like that
Actually that is Richard on lead guitar that you stopped on. Need to do Bück dich please!!
try "eisenvater, I, full album"... harder than them, not even as famous, but a milestone!
The guitarist you gave probs to was Richard, not Paul. Rammstein has 2 guitar players
🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Richard Kruspe has a band called "Emigrate"
Not as outrageous as Lindeman but still very good
It's a good thing Richard made a fortune & name for himself in Rammstein because Emigrate is not a very good band.
@@shelleyburr3988 actually you're right LOL 🤔
I only like the song, War 😉
If you wanna have something similar to this, try Verrückt by Eisbrecher
Dude, you really need to check out Deftones. Start with 'My Own Summer."
Check out anything from Rush live especially Tom Soyer and watch Neil Pert, the greatest drummer ever, dazzle

Rammstein have no equal. But ManOWar would be my vote for sonic heaviness n lovely vocals
Bro it’s Christoph, not Christopher! (Everyone just calls him Schneider though). And that was Richard, not Paul!
Schneider or Doom... Christoph doom schneider
