  • I've been experiencing burnout a lot lately, so I decided to make a video about how I deal with it. I hope that this helps.

    Sounds like you could benefit from meditation a lot. Did you try? Start with a few minutes per day? There are many ways to do it. Siting still, moving, eyes open or closed, silent, guided, chanting…
    You can expect results after 14days meditating 20min each.

      Yes, I try to set aside times to meditate. However, I usually get caught up in the motions of tasks that I wait too long to meditate and have to suffer as a result. I'm currently trying to get better at it.

      @@Anauticus Trying is a great start. You could also combine meditation and things you need to do. Walking somewhere, washing dishes and so on. Letting go of thoughts and concentrate on surveil yourself. Also I've heard teachings from monks that if you got a hard time meditating and can't find time for it, the remedy is more meditating. Hope that helps, keep it up! Science tells that we literally rewire our brain after meditating daily for weeks.
